Location was spectacular! Host Salvatore was very friendly and responded promptly to whatsapp.

Prior instructions of how to get into the facility could be a bit better.

Staff was amazingly friendly! The location is also VERY convenient. They offer a nice common area for tea, coffee and meeting. The room was clean.

The room was extremely small! The bed was terrible, every movement woke up the partner in the bed. The pillows are old and worn out. The bathroom is so small that you can barely take a shower, or properly use the toilet. I couldn't shave any of the days due to the fact that there is nowhere to put my shaving cream. The faucet is difficult to turn on and off - poor maintenance. There was never really any very hot water. I guess since this is a B&B there was never anyone at the property to ask for help. All communication was done via WhatsApp (although she was very nice and helpful!) No room safe or safe storage options. There are many steps to get to the property and room. We had to ask for a blanket, the standard is no blanket. I was glad that we only had 2 nights at the hotel and that we moved on. We will not be coming back!

Second room on a different time coming back to Viva Napoli, the room was mostly great with high ceilings and a great bathroom even being a budget room.

No much natural light.

The apartment we got our first night there was the master suite and it took us by surprise since it was huge for the price. Salvatore (staff) was really accommodating and attentive.

Breakfast was good. Easy walk to café to grab items. Parigina was delicious from there

Great location and a wonderful host who couldn’t do enough for you! Had everything you needed and so clean. Perfect!

Decor

Due to narrow roads and street vendors, our driver had to drop us off far from the property when we arrived. We had to walk down a long road with our luggages and find the property. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about this and have the staff come out and meet us on the main road. Also no lift, so had to carry luggages up a few flights of stairs. Tough but doable. Noise level on street can be heard throughout the night. Not good for sleeping.

The location was absolutely amazing. Close to everything. Walkable distances to any area you want. Close to pharmacies, stores, shopes, tourist attractions, restaurants and bars.

Position, Rooms, Staff

Main entrance works with key instead of access code, this make the check in, check out more complex

The building was very nice, the air conditioning was fantastic after being in the hot summer sun. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

The door to the room needed a door stopper and the wall near the door had a chip in it (I'm assuming from a previous BnB client). The shower also was also slightly leaking. These are minor things though, as generally it was a very pleasant experience.

Franco was outstanding ! Nothing was too much trouble and even took us to the airport the morning after our stay! Excellent service for a last minute booking!

The location was great, 15 mins walking from the central station, you’re also close to the famous pizza da Michele. Franco coordinated with us before arriving and met us at the place to handover the keys. The room was clean and modern.

Location - it's really central and in the middle of the touristic area The shower is incredible!

It could do with a small fridge in the bathroom

The location was as central as you can get and yet not overly noisy at night. Salvatore was probably the most responsive and attentive host you could have. Could not fault him.

We arrived to unseasonably wet weather for May and the property didn’t have a great ventilation system for the shower. Normally would have been fine but coupled with our wet clothes and cases made the room feel a bit damp.

Loved the layout of the apartment! Amazing Little balcony facing the most popular street in Napoli! Amazing host as well! Very good breakfast. Would rate it very safe for a group of 4 girls

The location of the property is great, it’s right in the heart of the historic centre and we only had to walk 2 minutes to find amazing restaurants and bars. The room was a perfect size and cool with a fun little balcony. The host was helpful, informative, and friendly which really helped make our stay the best.

The only issue was the wifi didn’t work fully in the room but otherwise it was fine. This wasn’t an issue as we were hardly in the room

The location is very convenient because is centric to the downtown and appreciates the cultural sights, although be prepared for the noise of the busy city since early in the morning. Customer service decent. Room small but comfy. Plus small breakfast in a near coffee location.

The internet connection is very weak and comes and goes. We were told there was a cleaning service every three days, but they would change the towels every other day, but we never got new clean towels.

Excellent location in the Historic Centre, close to restaurants, museums and sight to see. Salvatore provided wonderful service and recommendations

Our room was out of reach of the site wifi, but we could sit in the common area/kitchen and get full wifi service. Our room was comfortable but the bed was really low, making it difficult to get up from, especially in the middle of the night and negotiate the 3 steps up into the bathroom.

Rooms were clean located very central. Salvatore was very friendly and super helpful!

Stunning views and friendly staff! Located very near the main road and within 5min to bus stop leading to Amalfi or Positano.
