Overall this hotel room was very clean. Tea and Coffee were provided within the room which was lovely. I had a great welcome, with everything explained in details and if I had any questions they were answered promotly. I was no expecting any breakfast but I was surprised when I arrived that there was cereal, bread etc available for me to make my own breakfast. This was lovely. The bed was lovely. Modern decorations within the room.

Checking time could have been a bit earlier than the 4pm- a bit late in the day. Also breakfast and some utensils for use a bit unclear in the self service area.

It was clean and comfortable and the host pleasant and helpful 👀👍

I thought there would have been toiletries available luckily i bought my own but at the price maybe not ?

friendly very helpful staff, clean bathroom, good shower, comfortable bed. Big tv. coffee tea etc. functional.

The rooms are tired and could do with freshening up and updating…painting/new carpet etc

Building a little tired and quite a bit of noise from adjacent road and other rooms.

Noise from fellow guests in the communal room next door until 1.30am Details of all guests left out in communal area

Room seemed clean but had hairs and public hairs in the shower. Shower was broken, shower head wouldn't stay in one place. Grounds were overgrown. Breakfast was a poor self service, not even set out just left in kitchen cupboards. Owner was rude to one of our friends.

six spiders in the bathroom, two in the bedroom. No breakfast options.
