A casa é muito bonita e organizada. A cama é bastante confortável.

A casa tem um cheiro a cão muito forte. O estacionamento próximo a propriedade é bastante concorrido.

L'emplacement en centre ville est pratique.

Pas de message, pas de réponse au téléphone, donc pas de numéro de la porte d'entrée, et pas de numéro de chambre en arrivant a minuit. Heureusement le chauffeur de taxi a donné de la voix en portugais avec son propre téléphone et obtenu un résultat. Pas de fermeture a clé pour la salle de bain. Robinet du lavabo ne tiens pas. Douche étroite qui laisse passer l'eau a l’extérieur. Bruyant, directement sur la rue.

Didn't spend enough time to like something

Check in was at 14h. The rooms cleaning ended at 16h. I travelled with 2 children - 9 years and 9 months - and I had to out the youngest to sleep in the car and play with him in the reception while waiting for the bedroom. Also, there was not enough toilet paper at 16h. We left the house to sightseeing at this hour and there was still no toilet paper. And the worst was the night I had. I had to sleep, along with my husband, with the 9 months old between us in the bed because there was not any crib (even dough I had put the age of the baby in the reservation). It was not a restful end of vacations at Azores.

The location is good. The Check-in is smooth. The Kitchen is a plus. The room was big.

Its very loud. People shower in the midle of the night. There is an outside smoking area right under the window of the room we had, so we could not open the windows, because the smoke would come in and also because of the noise. I woke up at 2 am because people came home, wannted to smoke and very chatting really loudly on that patio, right underneath my bed basicly. Same goes for in the morning, other people will eat breakfast there very early so basicly you can never sleep at all. Other rooms might be better. Also the doors are impossible to shut without quite some noise. So whenever someone comes home or leaves or even just goes to the bathroom in the midle of the night you get waken up. Shared Bathrooms are a bit dirthy.

It was a comfortable and clean room. The living areas were comfortable and clean too.

The bed was made out of metal and that make it be too noisy, besides that, the room has everything you need.

There was no heating in the room - it was cold in January. I understand that 10 out of 12 months heating probably isn’t needed but an extra warm blanket or electric radiator to compensate would’ve helped. It was cold most nights. Bed sheets were dirty. Cleanliness could be improved.

I don't recommend booking this place. My husband and I made a reservation three months in advance. The landlord demanded payment. During the trip two days before arrival wrote a letter to cancel the booking because he had overbooking. We had no more time to look for new accommodation and we after the complaint in the boqing have achieved that have stopped here. The boqing has helped us, after long arguments with the owner it wrote that suddenly our place is free and we can come. Which we really regretted. The host didn't even send us the code to enter, other guests let us in and they also said the code. Dirt, clumps of black hair on the floor. The room description should have a TV but there was none. The kitchen is small and cluttered with dirty dishes. We couldn't even find a cup to pour tea. It is impossible to open the window, there is a lot of noise from the courtyard. The pillow is small and uncomfortable . The airport is far and uncomfortable, it is a long walk to the centre. The car park nearby is small and crowded, it is impossible to find a place to park. Don't want to spoil your impression of the island, don't stay here.

The location of this place was great. Close to all shopping needs and the City Center plus a delicious bakery Padaria Gomes.

Zero communication from the “host,” we had to call to figure out how to get in and that was the first and last time we heard from them. The private bathroom was separated from the room and so really anyone could use it if they walked upstairs, and people on the floor below could easily see us going between the bathroom and the room. This was not stated in the room description. There was a funky smell when you first enter maybe due to the humidity? The kitchen was not properly equipped like for example a proper knife to cut anything for cooking even though it does state fully equipped kitchen.

Room 2 is very noisy because of the street, you cannot open the window at night and there is no conditioning.

Good location, clean room, very cosy and nice common areas, easy communication with the host.

I booked a room with private bathroom, but bathroom was shared with another room.

it was not possible to lock shared bathroom’s door. there was a weird smell in the common area but I must admit that almost everything was super clean and new.

Everything was so clean. Nice and kind people, owner was very nice and there wasn't any problem with our late arrival.
