Property was great. Clean, large space, nice bedrooms and showers. Great location central to Keystone and Breckenridge, very close to Main Street in Frisco. management was quick to answer questions.

we had a great few days here. The house was perfect to fit 9 people and had every amenity we could think of. It was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed using the hot tub. sledding at the Nordic center and using the bike path that the house is right on. Easy walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant too!

We loved this place! Plenty of space to relax after spending time in the mountains. 3 minutes from downtown Frisco and only 15 minutes from Breckinridge. Excellent communication from hosts regarding check-in/out, amenities, things to do, etc. We’ll be back again!

We were very happy with Summit Country Rentals--great communication. This site is spacious, well equipped, a wonderful location. We loved the large bedrooms, king size beds and room to spread out for 6 adults. The 2 car garage was an added bonus. The outdoor deck and hot tub was so enjoyable both in the morning and in the evening. Great storage and closet space. We moved in and settled in and had a memorable and great stay here. We would yes recommend this property!

Excellent location, nice and clean Would definitely stay here again. Only comment I would make is the TV was difficult to negotiate could not find channels I wanted to watch.

Great living room area that can accommodate large groups including seating. The openness of the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area made it great for our group of 10 plus guests. We skied at Copper during our stay and next to staying at the mountain, location cant be beat. We loved the hot tub for soaking after skiing and the fireplace was great for taking the chill off. Easy access to the town via car, we felt it was too far to walk. Would definitely stay here again with a group of 8-10.

There is some definite wear and tear but that is to be expected. The location is fabulous and there is plenty of parking. The new hot tub this year was lovely! Three suggestions for immediate improvement to the guest experience: a tea pot, scour and bleach the master shower floor and fix the lift for the hot tub cover.

We had 5 adult men for a ski trip and this home easily provided enough room and beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds was awesome. The basement provided plenty of room as well with a Queen and bunk bed. The living room had 2 huge couches and other seating to accommodate 10+ people. The hot tub is 6 short feet outside the sliding porch door. The kitchen provided all the essentials to make meals and we didn’t need to eat out. Safeway is 3 blocks away to go grocery shopping.

Wasn’t clean, hot tub was green, basement didn’t have heat, bathroom sink didn’t drain, fireplace didn’t work. Called about issues and was told someone would be out but they weren’t and issues weren’t resolved.

We called and someone came out but was unsuccessful in getting it to work. We were also very surprised at the number of fees on the final bill. We didn't use the hot tub but were charged $70 for chemicals. I'd recommended asking what the total cost is before reserving.

Our wedding was held at Frisco Adventure Park and it was minutes from the house. Convenient to grocery stores and Walmart too.Could not find an iron or ironing board, "we really searched". but called Summit County and they delivered a brand new one that afternoon. Great Service! Spa on the deck was a big hit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place for large family or friend gathering.

A couple challenges were resolved quickly. I would suggest a new mattress for the basement queen. A new coffee maker wouldn't hurt. And detail what kind of coffee maker (pods vs grounds) in description so grocery shopping is easier. Some parts of the home are a bit dated but well maintained. Overall, it's a great place and we had a great stay. Is definitely on my list of winter options now.

WE found everything in the house including spices if you want to cook. It was snowing hard while we were there. Wish someone would come to shovel the snow.
