Everything was ok with the property itself, just a recommendation for future guests - try to be considerate with your fellow neighbors, when you’re not alone in the villa. Not everyone enjoys loud speaking or shouting in the middle of the night, and for hours…

Huge apartment, immaculately clean. Great hosts – they came to the apartment in few minutes when we arrived and called them on the WhatsApp. They welcomed us with bottle of sparkling wine, water, explained to us how to get to the Venice, gave us (for free) tickets for the bus, told us about local cafes and restaurants, and how to get to the Lidl, which is nearby (but I would still recommend to go there by the car if you are visiting on a hot summer day). Just bear in mind hosts are not fluent in English, unless you speak a bit of Italian, prepare Google translate. Easy parking in the private underground garage within the object. OK neighbourhood.

The apartment was bright, spacious and very very clean, located inside a new building. The apartment is close to the bus station, so it was very convenient to go and come back from Venice. Also close to grocery stores and other shops (coffee shops and pizza for a quick snack). Two very nice Italian restaurants are at close vicinity. Finally, the hosts were very kind and extremely helpful (even on an emergency request). They really made feel like being at home. This is a place I would like to stay again and strongly recommend.

we were greeted by a very angry and cross-aged man who only spoke Italian. He threatened to throw us out when he tried to force us to pay extra tourist tax. It turned out to be the father of the landlord who had stepped in. The landlord came after a while and sorted out the misunderstandings. The landlord himself was nice and helpful, but his old father a disaster for an otherwise nice place. Slightly forgotten rubbish and dirty plates do not spoil the impression

Our host may not be proficient with English but was still thorough to go through with us the property and parking facilities. On knowing that we are taking public transport to Venice, he handed us free bus tickets. We were a group of 5 and the space in the property, including 2 toilets and a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed, was most appreciated!

Interior was rather old and not very fashionable. The kitchen had no water heater and no coffee maker only a small espresso maker.

I was very pleasant to spend time in Venezia and stay out of crowded tourist places for nights. Connection was direct to Venezia by bus.
