Everything was perfect! The daily tours were arranged by our amazing tour guide, Rico. Rico was incredibly knowledgeable about the plants and animals and taught us so much.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the organisation and communication of the pick up. We ended up waiting from 7am to 11am, the communication over the wait time etc was not very clear. But this is a minor and the only thing.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. This was a no frills vacation, but service was impeccable. Met at the airport, returned to the airport, and given a copy of my boarding pass, along with a bottle of water.

There were no hand rails on the stairs to the cabanas or dining hall. That would have been helpful.

Service was exceptional and professional. We had long conversations with our guide Rene about surrounding nature, plants, animals and local culture overall. Every excursion into the jungle was full of surprises and adventure. The property has also a field laboratory where scientists are working on research projects, which gives the place a nice touch of professionalism. Everything was included to the price given in Booking.com (guides, excursions, full board, cold water etc.) and our daily excursion schedule was tailored based on our needs. The location in the middle of the forest was great - just a short walk from the river.
