Buena ubicación, muy limpio y ordenado, cabaña bien equipada y excelentes anfitriones.

Me encantó todo, la piscina exquisita, está muy bien equipado, el ambiente es agradable, la atención es increíble están preocupados de todo Vale la pena el precio, yo lo recomiendo mucho. Y lo más importante la lunita es muy buena acompañante, muy simpática y tierna.

The location was absolutely beautiful, excellent view of the volcano (we were fortunate enough to see lava shooting from it at night!), short walk into town and the loveliest hosts that we have met in our travels. Very communal feel and also lots of privacy in the room. Highly recommended

Cozy, fresh and superb service. Close to city, around 10-15 minutes walk.

new room, airy (upper floor rooms), nicely constructed, volcano view from room and balcony, very clean, quiet area, very friendly staff, TV with Netflix, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, very good shower with hot water, well kept swimming-pool and garden area with fireplace you can use for BBQ, safe parking space inside the hotel area.

Everything was very good. One thing which could have been better: another shelf or a few hooks for clothes etc. in the bedroom would have been useful

Lovely appartement for two, good bed (not soft) and warm shower (once you know how to handle Chilean heaters). So clean even my mother would find nothing to complain about! But most of all, lovely staff Carlos and Cecilia. Too kind for this world :)

Hard to find if you use Google Maps or offline maps like Maps.Me . No signs on the road. Follow the instructions, enter Epuin (a back alley really) of the main road, after 60m turn left and continue to the red gate.

Very, very pleasant place, extremely well kept, everything was spotless. Cecilia is the most gentle and care taking host we had the pleasure to stay with during our entire journey. She really cares about her guests, picks up/drops at the bus station, helps with any questions and sends forgotten items to the next hotel. Moreover, the whole place is nicely equipped: a wonderful swimming pool, 2 barbecues, hammocks, sunbeds, lovely outdoor seating area. WiFi works great and the small kitchen features an Italian espresso cooker :) The beds are comfy, shower is hot, bathroom immaculate. A supermarket is in walking distance and so is the village. If we return to Pucon, we will stay here again for sure!

Nothing, everything was just fine and we enjoyed it thoroughly. If you happen to come by your car / taxi, follow Cecilias instruction, it is a bit hidden but easy to find when you know how (and don't have a stupid taxi-driver who does not listen). When traveling to Pucon in high season the seclusion can be regarded as an advantage.
