Location for activities. Modern, clean decoration. Host support with WI-FI issues. Lift access to the 3rd floor room.

This is outwith the control of the host but the location was very noisy at times. It is on the corner of the main square with significant traffic pedestrian noise throughout the night. At the weekend there was a pop up stage area immediately opposite the room which operated until 01:00 Friday and Saturday nights.

There was a lot of noise during night, cars with loud music, drunk people... And not only on Saturday night

The place matched the pictures and description and was a very central location It was very clean. It was important to me having easy communication with the host (via wats app) as it gave an additional layer of reassurance. The host actually came around late Sunday evening to fix the Wi-Fi that had developed an external fault.She managed and the Wi-Fi was ok for the duration of the visit. (Merci) I requested a late check out to match my onward journey which they were able to accomodate. There was a usb charger in the kitchen

It's certainly not a deal breaker but some ground coffee or capsules for the coffee maker would have been nice (it was unfamiliar to me so I wasn't sure how it worked).Ditto some olive oil for cooking. (Instant coffee was available)

Perfect location. Friendly host. All great spots and top restaurants within walking distance. Nicely refurbished interior. A real home away from home.

Wonderfully bright and modern apartment. Cleanliness was of a high standard and the host was very welcoming and accomodating. Would recommend for anyone visiting Carcassonne.
