Limpio y bien cuidado. Personal muy servicial. El precio más económico de toda Escocia cuando hice la reserva (para habitación privada con baño). Conexiones en tren cada media hora (8,40£ ida y vuelta). Distancia a la estación (unos 200m). Desayuno a la carta hecho al momento incluido. El restaurante pub se veía muy bien, carta variada a precio razonable. no tuve oportunidad de probarlo.
No me acostumbro a los colchones de muelles, parecen camas elásticas. La bañera muy alta, casi me caigo saliendo.

we arrived at evening meal time so decided to stay for a meal. Excellent value for money. Breakfast next day was also excellent. We are planning to go again. With a 5 min walk to the train station.
The hotel fully met are expectation so I don't think there was nothing we did not like.

It had good links into Edinburgh for my wife and close to Sibbald training centre for me as it was for business. The food was 10/10
The rooms were basic but we had a great deal for the 2 night stay. Bit chilly in the evenings but the manager put the heating on earlier for us.

There was a bed in the room.
Barkeeper/Receptionist very unfriendly. Room was still dirty when I checked in, no cookies, chocolate, only hand-soap-dispenser, after weeks still no reply for my request to shorten the stay, after weeks no reply for my request if I forgot something in my room, no bin in the room, ceiling around the lamp brittling, breakfast time very short and early.
Overall one of the worst stays I ever had and on top of that it was overpriced. Value for money below zero. Stay away!

It was very unclean, walls are paper thin and could hear everything next door, mould on ceilings, crumbling ceilings in bed sit, bedrooms was pushed up against one wall as space was extremely tight, toilet looked like it belonged in an working mans club from the mid 70s, walls had previous residence mucous on them.

De overnachting was het gevolg van een gecancelde vlucht en is geregeld door Easyjet. De kamer was beter dan ik had verwacht, groot en netjes. Prima bed! Tevens erg vriendelijke staff.

Gute Lage direkt an der Bathgate Station. Gutes Frühstück (aber nur ein Kaffee). Sehr nette Dame, die das Frühstück brachte.
Die Einrichtung ist vollkommen heruntergekommen, die Fotos sind geschönt. Zu dritt war es viel zu eng. Badezimmerfenster durfte nicht geöffnet werden.
Das restliche Personal; das einzige was flott ging, waren das Kassieren. Ansonsten war man unwillig oder unfähig, z.B. eine dritte Decke zu besorgen. Oder man stand ständig draußen und rauchte.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.

The location is a comfortable drive from the airport and at a competitive price. The staff are friendly & helpful. we were able to get a good sleep as it is in a quiet area
The mattress was a tad soft with an indent on one side.

Location was ideal for the trip we made. Plenty of car parking. The breakfasts were excellent, as much as we wanted, and more.
The room was very basic, and in need of re-decoration. We had to ask for more tea and coffee, and there was no milk in the room. However, for the price paid, it was acceptable

Extremely good breakfast. We are veggies and were given a lovely breakfast. The lady came in earlycspeciallt as we had an early departure. They couldnt have been any more helpful.

it’s not really didn’t like. the rooms could be doing with a makeover, old fashioned bathroom with a very high bath with shower but considering what we payed we were happy

very cold as the heating didn’t kick in til mid evening, wasn’t told what time breakfast finished so nearly missed it, had the pasta in the restaurant- taste was nice but it was swimming in oil, often ignored by staff when waiting at the bar

Room was tiny, no seating/dining area as described, radiator hanging off the wall, window frame broken, bed against wall that freezing cold, no heating in bathroom so it was exceptionally cold, laminate flooring warped and lifting, no milk with tea and coffee in room, told I couldn’t order a coffee at breakfast as she was busy cooking (she would get me it after meals were served), door to the property broken so bolted from the inside so no access once door was closed
