Très bien situé pour accéder au Centre Evènementiel de Courbevoie.
Le bruit des chaises qu'on prépare dans la salle du petit déjeuner le matin avant l'heure du réveil... (j'étais au RDC).

Qualité/prix convenable
Notre deuxième nuit a été gâchée à 5h00 du matin par des voisins de chambres ivres ou autres !! ce sont disputés violemment (des cris, des coups au sol, 2 enfants qui courent) dans le couloir et cela à durant 2h environ.
J'ai essayé d'appeler la réception mais le numéro n'était à jour. J'ai faillit appeler la police

Une réceptionniste assez âgé le soir du 30 septembre 2023 très désagréable comportement irrespectueux , il y’a pas de lit double nous avons payer un supplément qu’on a pu eu

Le personnel pas du tout accueillant , le service horrible rien ne fonctionnait (la tv , la télécommande ) ne répondent jamais au téléphone pour n’importe quel problème .

I asked for early check-in at 1:00 pm when booked the hotel. However, instead of an early/normal check-in, we got the room around 4:45 p.m. We had to sit in the hotel for 1.5 hours for the waiting.

Location is within a walking distance to business and ministries district. On the way there are cafes (boulangerie) where you can grab breakfast. The hotel has nice mini gym. The hotel location was quiet. At the reception you can get free water bottles, which is very nice.

It is closed to public transportation
They informed us that no Breakfast would be available just one day before my trip, no Breakfast and no discount.

Good commute point.
Staff is not exactly helpful and doesn’t really understand English or just pretends they don’t. Simple request of refilling the shower gel bottle took them 2 days and a couple reminders and eventually got sorted out by a lovely cleaning lady. Generally not the nicest experience with the reception desk staff.

Good location. Nice neighborhood
Reception was not warm or inviting. Cot was requested but not provided. Kitchen sink was clogged. Room was cold, bathroom was very warm.

Staff was helpful when we asked for the best way to get to the centre of Paris by public transport.
It was not clean behind the bed and we pointed it out to the staff twice.

The room was very quite as well as the sourrounding. So you can sleep with the window open. It is possible to switch off air conditioning. The bed and pillow also good
I didn't mange to get an invoice at checkout. It was then promised by email, but did not receive it yet. IO did say, I need it. Moreover, I was left waiting while serving another customer arrived after me, also to get the invoice.

I chose the property for its location. We were attending a convention about 5 minutes walk from the property so it was really convenient. It is also located in a really quiet, safe residential area. A big thank you to all the staff we met working in reception. They were all extremely friendly and very helpful.
The small restaurant was closed and they are currently not serving breakfast. It was quite a long walk to find a bakers, supermarket, cafe etc.

Fantastic location, brilliant staff. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too. The room was lovely!
The only negative comment is that the shower wasn’t very clean.

The floor was really dirty. The kitchen was not equipped at all.

I booked two single beds but was given a double and they didn’t have any singles left.

Murat on reception offered exceptional service, he took the time to speak to all my family individually. Nothing was enough trouble.
My children were sad to leave the hotel due to his interactions with them. He is a credit to the hotel and himself.
