We booked this home to visit with our son who recently moved to Ft Myers. It is a beautiful home with lots of space. We really enjoyed the location, easy in & easy out. Everyone enjoyed fishing & hot-tub time. The whole booking process was simple. The owner has easy to understand instructions. Definitely will look to rebook for a future visit!!

The property and the host were truly amazing!! We enjoyed the location fairly close to the amazing gulf beaches and we absolutely loved ti pool and the canal side to fish in! It had everything we needed convenient location and great neighborhood..The host was very great with quick responses to any questions we had! I would definitely come back in the future! We rented the house for our son's baseball tournament in Fort Myers. The house was the perfect location. We have a family of 5 so the house was the perfect size to accomodate us and had all the amenities we needed. Melanie was very easy to work with and accomodating. We will definitely stay here again for the next tournament!

This property is exceptional! We stayed for just a few days and booked with short notice. Communication was timely and responsive. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 4, including kitchen items and beach gear! The home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was clean, safe and located in an area with easy access to stores and restaurants as well as being a short drive to Fort Myers and it’s beautiful downtown ( which I highly recommend you going to for dinner!!). We enjoyed beaches a short drive away in Venice, Siesta Key and Sanibel Island. To make this home even more perfect, there are beautiful owls who live in the empty lot on the corner…you can’t miss them perched when you enter or leave the street, especially in the morning! We couldn’t have loved this home more!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property was great everything was perfect. Melanie was the perfect host. The house had everything that we needed to enjoy the beach, and kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep. The pool hot tub and deck was great for grandchildren and the adults. It's a perfect 10❣️

We enjoyed our stay, the house was as pictured and had all that was needed to make the stay pleasurable. Melanie's communication was on point. Even though this location was further North in Cape Coral than we had thought, it was only 6 mins from "everything" you may need. We would recommend this house and it's lovely warm pool and HOT tub!

Our Family (Grandma, Grandpa, Husband, Wife, Teenage daughter, and preteen daughter) needed a getaway and to reconnect with family in the area some we hadn't seen in 8 years. We were also grieving the loss of a beloved brother/uncle and our family dog. Your property wowed our whole family and managed to blow my teen and preteens minds! Everything was clean, well equipped, and gave us the luxurious healing vacation we needed. Your property was such a paradise for us we made it a priority to spend as much time at the house as possible because we felt so comfortable. The pool and hot tub entertained our children for hours and the adults enjoyed grilling steaks on the patio. The layout of this house also gave my husband and I ideas as to how to remodel our home to make it more functional and comfortable. We also enjoyed seeing the local wildlife. turtles swimming in the canal, lizards scurrying across our path as we enjoyed a stroll down the street, and watching the ground owl neighbors a few doors down. The property owners i mention last, but they certainly are not the least. They always responded promptly and our conversations were always friendly and accomodating. We asked if during the day if our family (4 senior citizens) that we came to visit could join us for meals at the property during the day. They were able to grant our request and it made our visit so relaxing! So thank you for an incredible visit and for allowing us to rent your property.

We had a great time at this house. The grandkids absolutely lived in the pool:) The house was clean, great location, walked every day. Had a park nearby, great neighborhood. The bedrooms and bathrooms clean. The utensils and dishes were sufficient. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the kids and playing games. Would definitely stay again. Very happy with the house and host! Highly recommend

This was beautiful place to stay. All was as aspected. Kitchen equipment was old and those should be better. Otherwise all was great.

The location wasn’t great but the house was clean and ready for us to stay in when we arrived. The check in and check out process were clear and good. The pool and hot tub were nice. The master bedroom bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. There are utensils in the kitchen for you to use but there’s no other essential items at all. No salt, no pepper, no tupperware to store your food in.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and we loved the house. The pool and hot tub were great. The home had everything we needed. The location was convenient close to the airport, restaurants, and stores. We would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Could not have asked for a better stay from the booking to the location, look, and cleanliness of the rental. My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property and we will definitely be back soon!!

I booked the home to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. Melanie literally called me hours after my arrival and gave me 1 hour to vacate the premises just because some family came to visit us in the home. All the neighbors were outside watching our every move and what seemed to be reporting everything we did to the owner. I begged the owner to allow us to stay but she refused. She was unfriendly, unreasonable and just plain mean! She ruined my daughter's entire birthday weekend leaving us with no time to book anything else PLUS she charged us a cleaning fee when all we used was 1 toilet and 3 towels! DO NOT rent this home!

Beautiful home fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. Quiet community and close to stores. We enjoyed our stay despite the broken drinking glass which my daughter discovered when a piece of glass was in her lip. Things happen.

Fantastic spacious home in a quite neighborhood! Nice area with shopping close by. We loved that the home already had a high chair and crib for our infant. The back yard is amazing with the pool, hot tub and the canal. The garage was equipped with pool floats and fishing poles! About a 30min drive to the beach depending on the time of day. One suggestion for the home owners is that I would have like to have seen the pool cleaned once in our 9 day stay. Our family would definitely stay here again:)

We have a great long weekend getaway. The home was spotless and the location is perfect! Exactly as described! Great communication!

Our sons were playing in a Fort Myers Baseball tournament and this was the ideal location and set up for our week. The house was on point with pictures and description. The house comes with all you need…from linens, kitchen necessities, and beach/pool accessories. We stayed with another family of 4, cooked most nights and enjoyed fishing and pool time after our extensive afternoons at the ball field. Would recommend to every family and book again.

The property was great and everything as hoped. The pool was excellent, house was clean and we had everything we needed. If there was any item that could be better was the electronic lock. It was a little difficult to work. Maybe a different style would have made the process easier. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you.

This trip was awesome. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. The owner Melanie was very east to communicate with. The house was excatly like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything that you need. There were plenty of linens for everyone. I like that the kitchen was very modern with a dishwasher and garbage disposal in the sink ( My favorite part). When we got there it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the outside pool area. The nest day, the sun came out and that's when we got outside in the back with the pool and the hot tub. Everything was working. The grill was awesome. I used that only two days out of our stay because we went out to eat a lot. We loved everything and are planning to come back out again next year. We had a nice time. We enjoyed the pool, the wildlife in the canal, the comforts of the house.

The accommodations were very good and the pool was the big hit!! We swam everyday and spent most of our time at the unit. The location was adequate but we did need to drive to beaches and other activities. Thankfully the pool occupied the kids and adults and we all just needed to relax and soak up the sun.

Not just papa's but grandmas, our son and his beautiful wife and our 3 grand babies. When we arrived everything was spotless, clean bedding, plenty of towels and a beautiful pool in the back. We had terrific weather and used the pool and spa often. We went on a few excursions as well. Off the dock in the canal we spotted many turtles and one night 3 adorable sea otters. We are hoping to return again with the family. Thank you for a dreamy vacation!

Very nice property. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants and attractions. Perfect place for our group of 6 friends for a much needed girls trip. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Wished there was a full length mirror, and none of us were used to Roku TV, but we managed. Would rent again!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The pool had a safety fence that worked well for our young granddaughter! Quiet neighborhood, close to a park for pickle ball, tennis and playground. Well maintained home and easy pool spa operations! Thank you. Would stay here again!
