This property was absolutely darling, and everything you could ever want on vacation. Immaculate and very well located, just steps to the beach. Only complaint was the bathroom a brighter light and the tv was hard to navigate. The pull out sofa was super comfy as was the bed in the one bedroom. Restaurant book was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back next time we come to town.

Nice quiet area, easy beach access. Having beach supplies on hand was great. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and advice.

This was a very clean property. It was perfect for my husband and myself. It would not have been good with more people. The bathroom was small but it was no big deal, really. My husband is 6 foot 5 so most bathrooms are hard for him generally. All and all it was great! The beach was very close by and beautiful. We would stay here again

The condo was spotless. The recently redone space was wonderful. An idea property for two people.

This is a clean comfortable relaxing stay. It is small as stated in the description. It is also well appointed and clean. For a couple this is the perfect size with everything you need. I will definitely look forward to staying again.

Nice location, a 2 minute walk to the unpopulated beach, brand new amenities with great attention to detail. We had everything we ever needed and then some. I would rent again.

We stayed two nights in this great condo. The place was cute, very clean, and super convenient! We were just a short boardwalk from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, and coffee. Check-in and check-out was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

This appointment was just like the pictures. Clean and modern. The location was wonderful only a short walk to the beach. The property was beautiful! There’s a laundry and supply room. Supply room has everything you would need to have a perfect day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

What a great time we had at this property! It’s exactly like the pictures online. Very comfortable bed, linens and towels. Shower was very refreshing as were the toiletries provided. Even though the bathroom was a little small everything else made that insignificant. Loved the beach accessories, chairs, coolers, etc. I spent some nice time relaxing and reading on the beach last night. Even though we couldn’t get into Kennedy space center we still had a great time at this property. Will definitely come again the next time we try to get into KSC.

Awesome romantic getaway! We loved everything about this place except for the tiny bathroom! Beach access was right across the street in a not so congested area of the beach, walking distance to stores and restaurants! And having the beach accessories on hand were a game changer for us! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our trip. It was about a 15 minute enjoyable drive to Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, a very short walk to the beach, a few blocks from a grocery store, and right in the middle of a variety of restaurants and shops. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the beach was never crowded. If you are looking for a crowd however, it is a short walk along the beach to reach the Cocoa Beach Pier. The property was very well maintained and immaculately clean. We really appreciated the laundry room and the beach items supply closet. We missed seeing a rocket launch by about 12 hours, but we hope to come back soon to catch one. Will definitely stay here again when we return!

We loved our stay at the AVA! It was perfect for the two of us and access to the beach was so nice. Our time at Cocoa Beach was amazing. We didn't want to leave after our four day stay. Hope we can come back soon!

We have now stayed in unit B and unit G. We love AVA rentals !! Will definitely be back again next year !!! We used the grills on the property for two nights and loved the convenience to the beach .. everything about this place has such nice and subtle touches for making it your home away from home !!

Very clean -- great beach access! It's a cute little apartment and it had all the things you would need for the beach (located in a shed on the property): chairs, coolers, wagons, umbrellas, etc. The bathroom and shower were super small, but I wasn't planning on moving in, so no biggie!

What a wonderful and quaint place to stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. So many little touches like a Brita water filter and a beach bag to use. We loved the hut with beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed the outside seating areas. We would love to come back someday.

Great experience

Location, location. Easy walking distance to beach, pier, and restaurants. Although small, it was well equipped and has everything needed. Well decorated with comfy bed. Cleanest grills I have ever found at a Rental. They even provide all the beach equipment needed. We even got to watch a rocket launch from the beach.

We were staying prior to a cruise and had no car. The area is very walkable, and we were able to walk for meals, to the grocery store, and the like. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable, and quite pretty. If I had one complaint, it would be that the toilet is VERY CLOSE to the sink and so a bit awkward to use. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay again!!!

Easy to rent

Our family loved this stay! The property was spotless and was in a perfect location. Our kids really loved the beach gear we borrowed from the well-equipped beach gear room. The bed was comfy, the outside areas were wonderful and we can't wait to come back.

After a 10-hour drive, we arrived to no cold water or ice. The explanation was “sanitary “ reasons. Not sure what is unsanitary about freshly-made ice from an ice maker, especially since there is no dishwasher, so the dishes are as sanitary as the previous guest washed them. Otherwise, it’s a great rental!

We will be back!!! Loved this property, felt like home. Very clean, right off the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Very walkable. Tucked into a quiet residential area. The staff was amazing!☀️

We hosted a birthday party in the beach for our 12 year old. The location of thes beautiful apartments was perfect! The amenities in the Beach Toy room was amazing and so helpful! Beautiful modern little gem of a retreat! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property last year during the height of COVID and it was so cozy and super close to the beach! The unit was spotless and we felt safe staying at any of their units. The property also offers free use of their beach accessories like beach chairs, beach carts, beach toys for kids, etc. We have been trying to book another stay but it’s been booked. I guess the secret of this gem is out!

I will definitely be back! With everything offered right at the location - beach stuff, grill, laundry, sitting areas-it made my vacation a lot easier

It was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay and it’s a minute walk to the beach with every amenity you need for it (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, etc.) the kitchen was so cute and was my favorite part. Loved that the water ran on solar power…very cool. Also the management was so so so nice and accommodating! Thank you for a relaxing and fun stay :)!
