Ubicación, habitación muy luminosa, camas cómodas, tamaño TV, baño con ventana, ducha amplia.

Desayuno: poca variedad, apenas había embutido, tardaban mucho en reponer; los dulces escasos, los sacaban con cuentagotas. Faltaba cubertería y platos. No tenían sobres de café soluble. Lo mejor, el zumo de naranja natural. Desde mi opinión, deben mejorar mucho para alcanzar un buen nivel en el desayuno. Gracias. Tampoco me gusta que no haya un armario cerrado, eso de dejar la ropa en perchas a la vista...mal efecto.

Nada más llegar, el chico que me vio con dos maletas salió a ayudarme, súper amable. El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El desayuno variado y rico. La relación calidad-precio genial, un viernes 62€ habitación doble con desayuno. Volveremos

De tudo, especialmente da vista das ruinas encontradas, foi me explicado pela rececionista que eram as condutas de agua das termas...

Hotel é lindo. A localização é perfeita para todos os passeios na cidade. Recepção muito educação e gentil. O café da manhã tem diversidade suficiente. banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. Recomendo e voltaria

This was one of the nicest places I stayed on my entire 6-week travels through Portugal. Room was really comfortable, as was the bed, the staff were all very nice and helpful, the breakfast was REALLY good, and the location was very central but also very quiet. They did a good job curating the hotel.

Parking - we were given the options of outside (but in the white spaces only) (full), down by the river (full) or in an unlit unsurfaced parking lot. Of the guarded, secure car park there was no mention at all and I became convinced it didn't exist. So we wouldn't go there again. I suffer from vertigo so I couldn't walk over the glass panel which neatly sits between breakfast and the breakfast tables. No disabled access ramp either.

Breakfast offered was continental style buffet and provided a lot of choice. The hotel has been built within an old facade above a Roman archeological dig. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. Many excellent restaurants in the area. Restaurant Taberno Benito was excellent and great value if you want to eat traditional Portugese cuisine. Can't recommend it highly enough, but book early or you won't get a table.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city beside the old town. It hasn’t got its own car park, but you can easily park outside to drop off your luggage and the hotel has an arrangement with a car par very nearby for a reasonable fee. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold food and beverages.

A lift for getting suitcases (and disabled people) into the lobby would be useful.

Parking is off site 150m away. The receptionist explained how to get there but then failed to give me a hotel parking card to get in so I ended up paying nearly twice the cost. Breakfast was poor with no hot vegan options. I was told the kitchen know how to prepare scrambled eggs and sausages but not tomato, baked beans or mushrooms!. Breakfast staff generally disinterested, disappearing for long periods leaving not only platters empty but also no plates or glasses and confused guests wandering around searching.
