Wer nach etwas Ruhe vor dem Treiben des Dorfes sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich war als Alleinreisende 5 Nächte. Die Aussicht von dem Hügel ist zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Ich hatte eine gemütliche Matratze mit einem Moskitonetz, einem Beistelltisch mit Lampe sowie eine Mehrfachsteckdose. Den Ventilator habe ich kaum gebraucht, da dort oben eine leichte Briese für angenehme Kühlung sorgte. Auf dem Balkon war eine kleine Bank und ein Tisch sowie eine Hängematte zum relaxen. Der Wasserdruck war super und das WLAN hat immer eine gute Verbindung. Die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Ich habe nach 8 Wochen reisen mich gefreut endlich selbst zu kochen und habe es bei dem Ausblick sehr genossen. Es gibt einen Wäscheservice. Arlene und Alan waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir bei allen Fragen geholfen. Alan kann euch alles über die Umgebung erzählen und organisiert auch Rollerverleih. Der Weg zum Hügel von der Hauptstraße dauert ca 4 Minuten zu Fuß und ist sehr steil. Da es steil wird muss man den Roller nach der Mitte des Weges parken und den Rest hochgehen. Die Hälfte des Weges ist mit einer Lichterkette beleuchtet. Danke an Alan und Arlene. Ich empfehle euch eine kombinierte Massage bei Cabungan Wellness direkt am Strand. Ich hatte drei Massagen von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern. Es waren bisher die besten in Asien.

Ein Ablage/Regal und Haken im Zimmer wären super, um seine Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Schiebetür ließ sich nur mit kleinen Haken abschließen. Wenn ihr eine abschließbare Unterkunft möchtet, nimmt ein Schloß mit oder bucht das Zimmer im großen Haus über der Küche. Dort gibt es drei separate Zimmer und die Türen sich abschließbar. Perfekt für mehrere Leute. Man sollte wissen, dass die moon bar in der Nähe ist und bis in die Nacht Musik spielt. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil es war für mich perfekt nach der Moon bar nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Unterkunft zu kommen.

Beautiful property, lots of areas to relax. The view was insane. The bedroom was comfortable. Fan in the room.

Due to location there was lots of mosquito's which affected chilling out on the balcony during sunset. There is a mosquito net over the bed, so we were still able to get a good night sleep. The shower wasn't working (water pipe was broken) therefore we needed to wash from a bucket of water which we didn't mind, but we were not told about this even at check in or prior to check in, so it was slightly disappointing as we had booked the accommodation for my partner's birthday.

I absolutely loved.this place I think it's by far my favourite one out of the whole trip. You need to walk up a hill to get there but it's really really worth it. Alan was an incredible host, I had a crash with the scooter and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay there. I'm planning on going back to the Philippines next season and I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and the feeling of seclusion. Fans, power points and lockers for each tent. As expected, the bathroom is basic but it's still clean and is a loo with a view!

It's a pretty steep hill and definitely hard work with bags and the heat. Takes maybe 15 - 20 minutes from the main part of town.

Sam, the Host, and his Partner, were very friendly and accomodating.

The only down side was the uphill climb before we could reach the place but you have go through it to experience the amazing view. The other guest was super rude stomping intentionally in front of out tent in the morning.

Super helpful owner's/staff, the best location in port Barton, quite lovely jungle vibe.
