Bright and comfortable condo. Exceptionally clean and comfortable condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had been beautifully remodeled. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking or grilling. The only thing I could say it would need is additional News and sports package for the television. However they did provide STARZ and Netflix, which was very nice. Condo owners were very receptive to any concerns.

This was an amazing rental and a great location. The property is right across the street from the beach, walking distance to Dana Point restaurants and stores and short drive to Laguna,. The complex grounds are nicely kept and the neighbors and other condos are quiet. The condo was recently remodeled, hosts a fully-stocked beach closet, comfortable beds, large bedrooms and bathrooms and was incredibly clean. Everything was perfect and it made for an enjoyable vacation. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was the third year we have enjoyed staying at this condo. This year we were all affected by the pandemic, which ended up cutting our stay short. The owners proved to be absolutely fantastic during these unprecedented times. Working with owners of high integrity increases our comfort. We look forward to staying here again in 2021.

We stayed at this property for 2 months and were extremely impressed with the home. The location is great if you like to go to the beach, the ocean views from the main living area and master suite are lovely. The unit is on the second floor so it is fairly private. The area and neighbors are quiet, it is a great place to relax. Very well appointed inside, everything you need is provided, just bring your clothes. Definitely one of the best properties we have stayed in, hope to get back there again soon.

This apartment has been meticulously renovated and provided us with a wonderful home base at the beach. The Kitchen has everything you need with new modern upscale appliances. The two spacious bedrooms and baths were well appointed and there were adequate closets. The washer/dryer was full size and conveniently located in one of the bathroom closets. The location is perfect. It is only about 500 steps from the funicular at the Strand. It is close to literally a hundred restaurants and Gelsens, Trader Joes and Ralphs for food shopping. The neighbors in our building were respectable and very quiet.The weather for August and September was perfect.

Our first stay at this property but our 10th stay on the complex. This condo is by far the highest standard of accommodation we have experienced. Everything within the unit is very contemporary, high quality, comfortable and clean. And all the amenities you could wish for. The location is fantastic, with sea views from one window and beautiful landscapes from the other, all at a very peaceful quarter of the complex. The owner, Lynn is always available for any help and information. A must book.

Great place to stay with family, quiet and in an awesome location.

I highly recomend this condo for a long or short term stay!!! The neighbors below and next door are nice, excellent people! This condo is located in one of the most desirable places to live in southern CA!!! Access to the beach is just accross a spectacular neighborhood. For those who like workout, the beach access has a connection to a board walk by the famous Strand and walking/hiking trails for long walks into the nature or along the beach. We have been living in this condo for a month and we are loving our daily walks to the beach to watch the sunset and getting around the neighboardhood like Dana Point Harbor to kayak or paddle-board. There are so many places nearby for dining and shopping. This condo complex is quiet and well maintained. As far as the condo itself, it has comfortable good size bedrooms and a well designed kitchen with excellent appliances. The kitchen is furnished with everything necessary for cooking and serving---it is beyong my expectations! Both recently remodeled bathrooms are in great conditions including a washer and dryer that is a blessing to have it onsite. All the units in this complex do not have air conditioning; therefore, there are times it gets a little stuffy but the fans keep the rooms comfortable. The owners have been very responsive and easy to work with and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return!
