Cookware in kitchen could use a bit more support.

only 1.5 baths. Several kitchen lights out. Faucet in half bath ready to fail. TV didn’t have local stations.

The kitchen is nice, it had two bathrooms, and the apartment was very clean.

It's on the ground floor, so you can't see the ocean. The bed was not comfortable. The throw rugs need to be replaced; they are worn and dirty looking.

The unit was comfortable, close to the beach.

1. We had issues with management company website. They had a excessive verification process, daily and nightly emails wanting more information. Being hung up on twice while trying to speak with someone regarding the management companies excessive emails. Total nuisance. 2. light by the bedroom window lite the bedroom up at night 3. stated it was an ocean view unit, you could not see the ocean from the first floor, all we could see was the boardwalk 4. charging 119.00 for housekeeping but wanted us to clean up unit and wash our towels, and linens?? who does that? and why charge a cleaning fee when we're cleaning up after ourselves, leaving it as we received it. 5. patio door was tough to get opened 6. listed with a fireplace, but it was just an illusion of a fireplace, digital fireplace, LOL. 7. WINDOWS were filthy from salt and dirt

Nice town for exploring. The boardwalk on the beach was great. Short walk to the beach for the sunsets

Loved the location and in general the condo was very comfortable.

Key box is antiquated and difficult. If I had been an inch shorter would not have been able to get in. Asked specifically about the coffee maker and was told the unit had a Keurig - since I do not have one at home went out and bought $12 worth of pods. No Keurig - only a french press (have one at home, would have worked if I had brought the right coffee), a Nespresso and with opening all cabinets, found a Mr. Coffee style pot so had to go out and buy more coffee. Bedroom very tight to get around bed. NO reading lamp on one side of bed - we always read before bed so had to leave very bright overhead light on - not pleasant. Cleanliness - While supposedly sanitized, really wondered about that as there were definite areas that could have been cleaner: shower stall needs a good bleach down as some mold/mildew starting in the grout and at base of shower door and track. Pendant lights over bar area in kitchen in need of a good dusting. Most interior doors needed a good wipedown all over as drips and light dirt. Carpet in bedroom had larger stains - hoping we do not get blamed for that. TV system - too sophisticated for the general older population - no way to even watch local news. If there was, unable to figure it out - everything was an app - not all of us stream our television shows, especially the older population (like us but still work) who have the money to travel. Intructions would have been very helpful. Saw an ironing board, but no iron - did not need one this trip but something I noticed. Have stayed at many VRBO/VACASA properties and this unit was not up to the usual standards.

Kitchen not stocked with any kind of oil or salt & pepper, some basics would have been helpful as well as lack of cooking pans/pots.

I enjoyed the access to the brace and all of my communication to staff was very nice.

The house didn’t seem clean when we arrived. There was food on the floor, hair in the fridge, Diderot cups, crumbs on the counter and the floor in the hallway bathroom was sticky. There was a dead mouse smell that was very strong, I did contact Vacasa and they got ahold the the PM who reached out to me but I didn’t have cell service. I feel like I paid a good amount of money to stay here and it felt dirty.

Liked size of kitchen and brightness of apartment. Close to beach and activities we did.

Bed in room hard- pull outs okay. Not as clean- recommend getting windows cleaned more frequently in su, Mercer- very dirty impact view. Do not think I should of paid 300.00 a night for no special event- no kite festival week or and was not labor day weekend though I paid a higher rate it said for special event. Too high. I would of stayed at breakers but not room when I tried to arrange. There is no pool or spa- too expensive for no amenities.

Loved the view! Loved the location. You can walk right out to the boardwalk. Just a beautiful location!! The apartment is so comfy! 2 bathrooms, that are big enough to put your suitcase in!! We did a puzzle, which in our busy normal life, we never get the chance to do. I could go on and on. Highly recommend this place!!

Great, deep, sinks, nice towels, good knives, pots & pans. Nice carpet, beautiful artwork, great windows, comfortable furniture. Great price.

It would be good to call out what kind of coffee maker is there. I brought Keurig pods and then had to go to store to buy ground coffee. I would have brought ground coffee from home if I'd known.

The ocean view was great!

A noisy neighbor group talking and laughing till 2 am made for a less than pleasant stay. Also one window did not close, and one blind was missing. I wish all tenants would be informed of quiet hours, and that there is a phone number clearly listed to call in case of noisy disturbance during what should be quiet hours.

Wonderful, priceless panoramic view! Very cozy, clean, quiet, with a very comfy bed, and a well-stocked kitchen. All the amenities you could think of, including a hand-truck for luggage. The holiday decorations and lights made the stay festive and cheery- a very nice touch!

Beautiful views, spacious and clean condo and a truly relaxing place to stay. The property managers were very helpful and professional.

Door key / lock entry and exit was a bit frustrating and took awhile to figure out.
