Room , 2 bedroom was great

Checked in at 5 pm. Room was not ready. Only pop machine, water, etc. On premises was down the entire stay.

The location was great and the room was nice and quiet.

The smell... It was horrible!!! Our room smelled like someone had cooked dead seafood in it. Staff spayed fresher twice and tried to ozone it once but nothing helped. The hotel was full so we couldn't move rooms. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

It was just like your own apartment 👏👏close to the beach and very comfortable.

nothing it was great place to stay and I am sure we would do it again.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when there was no reservation found or inventory available.

I had to pay for 2 nights in rooms I did not book because there wasn't any inventory available and they could not find the reservation. . Luckily there was a cancelation that night, and because they could see my reservation on my phone they gave me the room. The next day I spent all morning on the phone trying to figure out what went wrong. In the mean time we were packing to check out and there was another cancelation and we were able to move rooms.. The rooms I got were great but I was in rooms sizes and specifications that I did not book.I feel Booking.com should have given my $ back.because they did not deliver what I paid for. I should have been able to pay the resort instead of them.

The non handicap toilet is to small. Older persons have a difficult time getting off them.

Good location, friendly staff, large & comfortable room.

Wasn't excited to have to sit through a sales pitch. Really wish they had a restaurant.

Location. Lots of area to explore. Beach, state parks.

We were directly above entrance and check in area it was a little noisy.
