Very clean. Comfortable beds, warm, lovely garden, quiet location, Google Chromecast on the TV, Washing machine and dryer. Water filter in the kitchen. In short, everything you could need was supplied.
There was an odour in the kitchen, probably the previous occupants. Other than that the place was faultless.

A lovely cottage set at the end of a cul de sac; lovely, well maintained gardens that attracted a number of birds, including quail & pheasant. The property was clean and well maintained with an open lounge/dining and lovely bedrooms. Had we been staying longer we would have made good use of the deck.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add either a fixed to the wall or free-standing towel rail. There was only one and it was insufficient for the number of guests. May I also recommend knives be either sharpened or a knife sharpener added.

Good fresh set up with everything you need. Quite location. Friendly owner and easy to arrange access.
The cottage only has 1 bathroom which is a limitation if you have a larger group.
