This is an excellent property located close to everything you'd want to see and do in Naples. It could not have been better. It is right on the Piazza and there is noise so be prepared for that.

We spent six beautiful days in it. It’s very clean and new. It is a little bit noisy but everywhere in Naples might be the same. We appreciated the attentions of the owner. She is very kind and helpful and also left some sweets for the breakfast. I fully recommend this apartment.

This apartment in Piazza Dante is the perfect place to be to visit Naples. Walking distance to great restaurants, steps from the Dante Metro and a taxi stand. Our two week stay was comfortable. We felt very safe. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a great stay in Naples. The communication with the host was easy and effective. We had a great experience with Summer In Italy. Luca and his team were helpful and responded quickly.

We stayed for 4 nights and we greatly enjoyed it. Its about as noisy as you should expect when booking in such a populated area. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely close to public transit, museums, many restaurants and a lot of shopping. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with young kids, but for a couple it was perfect.

Delightful. Central. Unique variety of accommodation.

It was right there in the square so you had restaurants, markets, little cafes as well as the buses, metro station and taxis. The trains were about a 20-30 minute walk, but that was perfect for us. We were able to explore along the way! We definitely recommend and the landlord was so friendly! Had really set us up well! Looking forward to going back.

The host was super polite and responsive when we were arriving in Naples and was waiting to meet us outside when we reached the property. Inside it was huge, clean and very spacious and overlooks Piazza Dante which is right in the hub of the city with so many great bars and restaurants around in the evening, plus shops in the daytime. You can open the balcony doors to enjoy the hustle and bustle outside in the square or close them to keep out the noise for some peace and quiet. Great value for money, I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in the heart of Naples. You can stroll down Via Toledo, just at your doorstep into the heart of Naples to enjoy shopping, dining, culture. The Piazza Dante metro stop is also just outside your door which can take you to the main train station or throughout the city. Although a lively and exciting piazza well into the night, the apartment was very quite. Or if you want to take in the sounds of the city swing open the massive windows. The apartment was well out-fitted it has everything you could need from kitchen to bathrooms to good bedding. It was very safe. We used a parking garage just across the street to store our vehicle for day trips outside Naples. You will immediately feel like a Neopolitan at the Apartment. Such a better way to experience Naples than from a boring Hotel.

Very nice, clean, spacious apartment in excellent location on the edge of Centro Storico, at the heart of Naples. The dual-aspect makes it nice and bright - and there are shutters to control the amount of sunshine in summer. Note - you are on a busy central square so there's the noise and bustle you'd expect, but with shutters closed it's fine at night. Underground is a three minute walk, archaeological museum ten minutes. Summer In Italy were very friendly and helpful with my booking - I would highly recommend!

Optimal situation. Although the exteriors are deceiving, the interior is completely renovated and well equipped for 4 people. The owner is lovely and helpful.

The owner (listed as property manager/owner, Valeria) was very helpful for check-in and when we had questions (about washing machine and iron adapter). The living room and bedroom are VERY large rooms, especially for such a good location. Everything we needed was in the apartment; including maps and travel books, toiletries and blow dryer. Valeria even left us croissants with Nutella/jam, water and limoncello! It was very clean and bright; better than the pictures show. We only used the metro the last day; wish we had sooner since the station is literally outside the building. Echoing other comments, the Piazza Dante is very lively; especially on weekend nights with sports activities and visitors until early morning. If you go to bed early, bring ear plugs!

We had a lovely time at the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed in the rooms and bathrooms. It's a very lively area but we never heard street noise and slept quite good as it's quiet at night. The location is strategic to reach the historical area in Naples on foot, and the apartment is very close to the Piazza Dante Metro Station which is ideal to reach all the important landmarks in the city (main train station, Vomero area, Mergellina area, etc). Everything was great. Recommended to everyone, especially families with young or older children. The landlady was very kind and welcoming.

Great host and great location. The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is within walking distance to all major touristic objectives and to grocery stores. We loved it. Our arrival was much earlier than the posted check-in time, and we were accommodated with no delay. This was very much appreciated. All in all, we would go back to this place.

This is the perfect base for spending time in Naples. In a wonderful area for just walking the streets, soaking up the feel of the historic area, and able to get to many of the main sites on foot. The Metro Station Dante is right there for getting to the trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum, or down to the port for ferries to Sorrento, Capri, and Ischia. Being able to look out on the piazza made us feel a part of things even when we were just spending a quiet morning or evening in the apartment. In our 9 days here, we had only scratched the surface on all the places to eat, whether a tasty snack or full meal. It is hard to imagine a better place to stay while exploring Naples and the surrounding area. Summer In Italy was very professional and helpful in all preliminary arrangements. Everything went to plan, making for a smooth, trouble-free start to our Italy trip.

We had a great week at Appartamento Re Carlo. It is very spacious, with a very high and characteristic ceiling. The view on the square, surrounded by beautiful buildings, is superb. The apartment is very comfortable, with two bathrooms and the kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. It is also very well located, easy accessible to all the sights to see in Naples such as the archaeological museum, churches, restaurants on the Tribunal street, Vomero district, monumental district, railway station to go to the archaeological sites and - last but not least - the port to go to the islands. Dante metro station is located few meters away. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Summer In Italy team gave us good advice and responded to our requests very quickly.
