Location and comfortable beds. Was easy walk to train and restaurants. Breakfast was good!

There were no complaints it was a great stay. No handicap access to the dining area.

THE MANAGER AND FRONT DESK PERSON DENISE WERE MORE AMAZING THAN I COULD EVER HAD IMAGINE. ANYTHING I NEEDED I JUST HAD TO ASK THEM AND I GOT IT RIGHT AWAY. I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER VISIT. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AS WELL.

THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT.

The hotel seems to be newly built or recently renovated giving it a very modern look.

When my family and I arrived, we were told our rooms weren’t ready. We explored Brooklyn and returned once the time passed 3pm. We booked 2 bedrooms and room 601 had no AC when we first walked in. After speaking to the front desk her reply was “someone hasn’t stayed in that room for a while so just give it time”. Therefore our room WAS ready when we walked in the first time, no? and knowing someone was going to stay in the room why wasn’t the AC turned on while we waiting until the 3pm check in time? Our room wasn’t cold unfortunately until the following morning and my boyfriend and I were sweating throughout the night.

The breakfast was adequate - about what I expected. I liked the longer hours.

Two employees (one speaking for the manager) told me that we could leave a day early and our money would be refunded. My roommate was sick and we needed to get home earlier than expected. No refund yet after several phone calls.

The staff was friendly and responsive. I had trouble figuring out the heating/cooling for the room and the front desk attendant sent a technician right up to my room to show me how to use it. Clean, bright room. Breakfast was carefully set up and maintained. I would definitely recommend this particular Comfort Inn to all.
