This property was the perfect place for our trip. There were three couples and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for us. The location was great also. Easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. It was a great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of room for our group of 6. The townhouse was steps away from the beach. We also walked to the lighthouse, museum, and marine science center.

We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful. Huge rental, lovely inside and out. Highly recommend.

Dan and Jill are great hosts. Their house is in a perfect location in North Beach. Easy access to the beach, the North Beach Bar and Grill, and the lighthouse. Dan told us about the farmer's market on Monday evenings at the lighthouse, (great market) and was easy to communicate with during our stay. The house is eclectic and comfortable, definitely a feeling of home. Kitchen had everything you could need and the washer and dryer came in super handy during our stay. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy evenings around the house. The porches have a great view and the covered one is excellent for watching the storms roll in. The master bedroom is very spacious. Dan provided beach gear like chairs, cart, and some toys. Plenty of towels and linens. AC worked great in the 90+ heat. First time visiting Tybee and it was wonderful! Just a small note: if you drive a larger vehicle the under house parking space is tight, we fit, but it was tight.

Our family had a great time. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Only a short walk to the beach. Got to meet Dan and he is a wonderful person and told us if we needed anything just let us know. Will be going back!

The location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of beach access, Tybee Island Lighthouse, Marine Science Center and a restaurant. The townhouse was very nice and clean. Dan the property owner was very nice. We had the opportunity to talk to him a couple times. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better host or property literally right on the beach! Lots of space for my family of 5 with young kids and my brothers family to enjoy! Great decks to watch the cargo ships and enjoy your morning coffee! It was wonderful having 2 covered parking spots and places to store our beach things/bikes. The house has beach chairs and a beach wagon to make things easy (especially with young children). Dan called and checked in before our stay (and even let us arrive early)! He gave us local suggestions and was responsive for any other questions we had during our stay. It was also nice having public parking right across from the house so that our other family visiting Tybee could come join us on the beach or for a quick visit. Highly recommend this property! I enjoyed staying on North beach because of the location and also wanted to be next to the beach which isn’t easy to find. Easy walk to the beach and easy walk to bar and grill.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dan’s rental! Very clean, lots of space to spread out, great location, just a hop and a skip away from the public beach entrance. What made our stay especially wonderful was Dan. We got there a few hours before our check in time and it was practically a monsoon: heavy rain, gale warnings, high in the 50s, very unseasonable weather for summer. I contacted Dan in the hopes he would let us check in early, and he was more than accommodating. He was so nice all week, made himself readily available, just the friendliest guy. We will definitely be renting again, especially to see Dan!

My mom, sisters and I came to stay the week here. We used to live in Savannah and hadnt been to tybee in 30 uears. Dans place was perfect for us. Such a short walk to the beach and the lighthouse! He was so gracious, entertaining and accomodating. We will be staying with his properties again!!

Steps to the beach. Rental comes with chairs, wagon and umbrella for beach. Great upper terrace for hanging out. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Owner great with recommendations and a joy.

We could not have asked for a better location or set up. The property was exactly as listed with everything we needed. Dan (property owner) was good with communication and helpful suggestions. We walked all over the island! You are steps from the lighthouse and the beach. We all agreed this was a home away from home. I would encourage anyone to visit Tybee Island and rent this property. The location to the beach is perfect. We had a wonderful weekend and the host of the property was amazing to work with.

The house had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The beach access is literally just out the front door and the house even comes with a beach wagon, chairs, and a tent. Dan is a great renter. He gave us amazing local recommendations and was easy to get in contact with.

Good location, very close to the beach and other activities. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom with attached bathroom.

Great location!

One of the best locations to stay on Tybee. House is located across the street from the North Beach Bar and Grill and historic sites, not to mention steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The upper floor bedroom and deck has great views of the lighthouse and ocean. Tybee has miles of pristine beaches to walk. Can enjoy both sunrise and sunset! Our stay was enhanced by the above and beyond hospitality of our host, Dan. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip unforgettable!

Check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Nice location which required less than a minute’s walk to the beach. House was everything we needed for a 3 generation girls trip.

The property's location was perfect as described. An easy walk down the boardwalk to the beach for beautiful sun rises and walks along the beach. The owner was great to work with any question we had - you know how it is when traveling with families (3 sisters). The town home was exceptionally stocked with anything one might have in the kitchen. The bathrooms featured linens and toiletries and guest rooms had extra blankets, pillows and were very, very comfortable. There is a wet bar that features a small fridge - just perfect size to stock up and pick up a beverage as you head out to relax and visit out on the 2nd of 2 decks with view of the ocean. All visiting this wonderful town home setting would recommend and look forward to return in 2023! Thanks goes to the owners for sharing this wonderful place!

4 1/2 years ago my BFFS and I stayed here for a sublime time. I was excited to find this was available during the time my oldest daughters family and niece’s family vacay adding my sister and brother in law and nephew. 4 generations of fun!! North beach is our favorite location. The property owner has created a beautiful, homey, comfortable and well equipped rental. Thank you for more wonderful memories 🥰

This townhome is exactly as pictured. We appreciated the boardwalk from the home to the beach. Didn't miss a single sunrise over the ocean or a sunset over the back river. This place was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. You can see the ocean from the top deck. The best part of our stay was the owner, Dan. He is so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our only regret was that we had to leave Tybee Island. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Dan, for a wonderful experience.

The owner Dan was very easy to communicate with; he checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and he gave some great advice about nearby restaurants. The property was clean, comfortable and just steps to the beach. It was a perfect weekend.
