Wonderful stay in Ashland at this property. Initially, property owners/managers were less responsive than my normal experience and I was anxious. If you find yourself in a similar situation, rest assured, they are warm, friendly, and communicative, just not necessarily as "early" as other properties. When we needed them, they were very responsive and helpful. The house: a quirky, old house with lots of antiques that contribute to the "older feeling" but still welcoming, cozy, and has all the things a basic group would need. Room 1) off the dining room with a queen bed and two twins (bunk-bed/tree house feel) - medium sized room Room 2) off the kitchen, king size bed - small sized room Room 3) upstairs king size bed, private bathroom - large room sized room The kitchen had all the utensils and materials we needed to make meals, there is a nice porch to enjoy outside meals and the dining room was good too. There is also a sweet little loft on the second floor and a main living room area. The location can't be beat, co-op around the corner (literally) for groceries or whatever else you might need. Downtown Ashland and Lithia park 5-10 minutes away. We loved our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality.

Lovely place host was awesome

Once a year 8 female cousins get together for a weekend of fun,laughter and fellowship, this year we chose Ashland. We enjoyed our visit! The fit was perfect, we did all of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. We were easily able to sit down together to enjoy meals and visiting time. The beds were comfy with quality linens throughout the house. Plenty of space for all of us. When we had an issue, we called the owner and he was there within the hour to help. The owners are very helpful and kind.

This was a great house for our visit to the Shakespeare Festival. Location couldn't be better!! Steps from the Co-op and a short walk to the theatres. We were 2 couples so we had lots of room. I think it would be a great place for families with kids too.

Super charming and well equipped. Instructions to address its few quirks were well laid-out and was very hassle free. My entire group just loved it.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus with our larger group

For anyone visiting the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, this house's location can't be bettered. Surprised by how hot it can get in Southern Oregon, we were very grateful to find that it had air conditioning, too. And our contact, Shoshannah, was responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely see if we can stay again next time we plan a trip to Ashland.
