We had a wonderful time at this property. We couldn’t have asked for more. There were 12 of us and having the 2 separate spaces worked perfectly. You can walk everywhere!

Family reunion: Fifteen of us, ages 3 to 60+ spent a fabulous weekend at this beach side abode. Comfortable, spacious-two kitchens- just steps to the beach. Nicely appointed.

We visited Pismo Beach with a group of friends - two families with kids and a mix of adults. We loved having two houses on one lot, so we could have the early sleepers and late sleepers keep to their own schedules and still hangout altogether during the day. The rooms were clean and practically furnished. We particularly found the upgraded electrical outlets with USB ports located throughout the rooms very handy. And the location was just a dream. Literally two doors down from the beach, it was so convenient to walk along the boardwalk and pier day and night. The kids (ages 2-10) loved the play structures, swings, and cement slides (adults loved it too) a few minutes walk down the boardwalk. We loaded up our wagons and were on the beach within minutes - an easy stroll back to the house for naptimes as well. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby and groceries a short drive away as well. We had great communication with the property manager and could tell that this home was well-used and well-cared for. We would love to come back again next summer. The ocean and pier views from both houses' living rooms were so soothing and calming.

Great houses, fantastic location, tons of cookware, plates, and glasses. Dad's 80th birthday with sons, daughters, and cousins coming together for a 3 day celebration. Will definitely rent again.

My group of 8 had a wonderful stay here for our annual getaway weekend. The walking distance to downtown was so awesome for us to enjoy the car show and the local businesses.

My sister was getting married nearby so we were looking for a place that could accommodate our large group (multiple families and friends) and that would fit a wide range of ages from my two year old to my grandma. This place far exceeded our expectations. The space and the quality of the homes were amazing. Everyone was comfortable and could enjoy their space but we could also all be together. The location was great. The cleanliness was perfect and the house was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a family reunion for my moms 80th with family coming from the East Coast. Perfect space and close to everything! Very responsive when we had a request and had everything we needed.

The two houses worked well for our family group from all over the US, coming together for a wedding. We used the front house for dinners. We brought extra chairs and and a folding table to have enough seats for meals. The large laundry appliances were very welcome. Thank you so much for making such friendly home available. Perfect location to the Beach and Pier. Walked everywhere, only used our car for day trips to other coast locations. Home is Well Stocked and very comfortable.

This property absolutely deserves156 stars. Each room very large and comfortable and spacious: the property is centrally located to the Pier,restaurants and shops: Though very close to everything; its very quiet during the evening. Highly recommend this property, it’s worth every$

The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach, within walking distance to the pier and popular eating places, but away from the crowds! There was plenty of room for my kids and grandkids for our family reunion. After reading tips from other reviews, we brought a folding table and some folding chairs for meals in the front house so we could all eat together in the same house. We chose to use the front house for our cooking and eating because we didn't want to haul all the groceries upstairs. I was very pleased that there was an ample supply of spices and seasonings in the kitchen. There was also a good supply of paper towels and toilet paper in both houses. All the beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of off-road parking. I love this property!

We are in love with this home. It is everything and more than we expected. Tasteful, comfortable, everything you need and more and the beds and linen are perfection. We just loved our stay and will be back. Thank you!

Our first family beach trip was a success. Homes were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The 1st house kitchen was where we cooked most of our meals and gathered together. Both houses gave our families plenty of room and ample parking. We were close to Pier to enjoy plenty of shopping and good food, but far enough to be away from crowds. Everyone is ready to plan our next stay here!

The properties did accompany our large group of 18 people of all ages. There was plenty of space, fully supplied kitchens, and excellent location, most of all. The bed in master bedroom of two story home is a little high. You need a footstool to get on the bed. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

My family and I stayed at these houses for a long weekend getaway and we were so impressed! The house was stocked with amenities, the walk to the ocean was about 3 minutes and the view from the deck was gorgeous! So much to do and such a comfy house for a weekend away with a lot of people. I highly recommend choosing this place for your next stay!

Easy check in, the units were very well appointed, clean and the location is amazing

We celebrate the holidays every January with our blended family. The homes were spotless and had the most comfortable beds! The living rooms had plenty of seating for our large family. The location was ideal and within walking distance of everything.

We recently rented the front property and back property. Both homes are beautiful, comfortable and offer lots of room. The view isn't as great as it used to be with the new hotel across the street, but you can still see the ocean and pier. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Our family all voted this the best location in Pismo Beach. We loved the homes. Absolutely our favorite rental we have rented in Pismo Beach!

These houses provided the base for an outstanding family vacation. Everything in the houses worked, there were first rate amenities, and the one time I called the property manager for a minor problem - a cracked sprinkler line - it was fixed within a couple of hours! The one negative was that the VRBO listing was a bit unclear about the capacity. It said "sleeps 18," but there are a total of only seven beds. Available, but not mentioned, were four mats to accommodate sleeping bags. This didn't create a problem for us, as we asked about the discrepancy when we received the detailed property description from the owner, and she explained what was available, so we brought sleeping bags for some of our grandchildren. I want to end on a positive note, as it was a VERY fun, relaxing time. We would definitely consider returning here!

We rented both homes and our group of 16 fit comfortably. The location is great! A quick walk from to the beach and pier. The condo was well stocked will all we needed to have big family meals. Bedding, linens and towels were all high quality. There is a new hotel being completed right across the street that hinders some of the views but still lovely. Great places to walk to downtown. Would rent these units again!
