This cabin was amazing! Conveniently located, clean, well stocked with extras. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend- lots of space for a large family, cozy and comfortable. We had a winter vacation! Thank you ;)

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week. We had two 11 year old girls in our party that were attending Keely's Ski Camp for Girls at Copper mountain, along with three boys aged 6 - 10, and 6 adults. This home was absolutely perfect for our "Friendsgiving." The basement was enjoyed by all the kiddos playing foosball and air hockey, and the adults each had their own private quarters. The home is idyllic in its mountain cabin character, with so many well thought out amenities. We were a little worried because rentals aren't usually well equipped for preparing a Thanksgiving meal, but this home had absolutely anything and everything we needed to create a fabulous meal. There is literaly at least two of everything, even toasters :-)! The hot tub and heated garage were great for getting kids ready in the AM for the slopes and relaxing to our favorite tunes in the hot tub. Sonos music throughout was a great touch! We highly recommend this for your next mountain adventure!!!

This is a spacious and beautiful log home that is within walking distance of Main Street. All of the furnishings are very high quality. There is a great gourmet kitchen. Perfect booking for a ski group.

We all had an amazing stay! This house is wonderful and I've stayed at many VRBO's to compare this to and it was top notch. Clean, large, kitchen well stocked (and then some), plenty of towels, bedrooms were large (kids loved the bunk room), hot tub was a great addition and the location was super close to main street. The hostess was also awesome as she answered every question I had very quickly. We had 3 families totaling 11 people and we never felt cramped. Loved the downstairs with the fuse ball and air hockey games as the kiddos loved them. Also loved having plenty of space for all of us to sit down and have dinner. If you have a larger group, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

Royal Mountain Ranch is a lovely house - great location walking distance from all the bars restaurants and shops of Main St Frisco, also with great views. Short drive to a whole bunch of world class ski mountains. We skied at Copper and Keystone. I highly recommend this property

We had a very nice time here. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized and the instructions for the house were easy. Annette was great on staying in touch. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again!

We loved this cabin as it is more authentic than some of the others we have stayed in. Location has easy access to down and skiing. The game room is perfect for the kids as well.

what a great house - big and spacious enough with 5 bedrooms, well stocked, was perfect for our 4 day ski weekend - plus walking distance from all the Frisco action - I highly recommend staying at Royal Mountain Ranch

Great central location for all summit county has to offer. We skied copper, Vail, and keystone, and we're able to walk into town for dinner. Five stars all around, four for cleanliness simply because it would have been nice if the decks were cleared before we got there...though it had just snowed, it would have been nice if we didn't have to chip away packed snow.

The house is everything you would want for a winter getaway. Plenty of space and a very short walking distance to town. Also a short walk to the city bus stop which kept us from having to rent cars. I have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped. AND...thanks for the snow :) Biloxi, MS

Our stay at this home in Frisco was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better home to call our own for a week. The home is huge! and very beautiful. The amenities were incredible. Everything you could possibly need to cook with is in the pantries and the recreation room is really great. So many games and movies. The hot tub is great too! Every day we came home from a long day of skiing and relaxed in it with the most majestic view of the mountain. Really fun main street. Very quaint and fun. The house is a 2 minute walk from the shops and restaurants.

We had 2 families of 5 staying. (10 total) 4 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 under 10s The place really was wonderful in every way. Very clean, plentiful towels, and other conveniences, fabulous selection of kitchen equipment. All the children stayed easily downstairs where the playroom and video room also was. We found the stereo, movies etc a little tricky, but once we found the wall pads it was very easy. The hot tub was great. Plenty of firewood on hand and the little potbelly fire was roaring every night. The location was perfect for a ski holiday, and was only 5 minutes drive from wholefoods Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This house in Frisco is in a great location to be able to access several great ski resorts. We were able to easily get to 4 different resorts during the week we were here. The house is set up well and very functional for adults and children. The air hockey and foosball tables kept our kids entertained as well as the hot tub! The kitchen is spacious and has a lot of extras that most rental properties do not include. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here for the second time and once again had a super weekend. There were six adults and five children and we found the home perfect for our family. It's beautiful and very well appointed and furnished. The game room downstairs is a big hit and the kitchen was awesome. The large hot tub was fun. Really, every part of this home was great. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Two blocks from Main Street and 20 - 30 minutes from several ski locations. Great hiking within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and accommodating throughout our thee week stay.

Our third annual visit was as good as the prior ones. And there’s a nice upgrade to the in-house music system. The property is maintained at a very high level, amenities are high class, and interactions with the owner and agent are efficient and friendly. Hard to beat.

Wow, we were not disappointed in our stay here at Royal Mountain. As other reviewers have stated, one of the most well appointed cabins we have had the pleasure of enjoying. Enjoyed the quality construction and decor along with the hot tub and spacious rooms. Kitchen was fabulous! Only small issue we really had was that the towels were kinda scarce, especially using the hot tub, but used the laundry daily to keep up.

Equidistant from Copper, A-Basin, Breck and keystone (20 min. or less to each of them). This is the finest house I've stayed at with VRBO and I've stayed at many. The house is appointed as if it was my own. The house has the best kitchen of any rental by far. Equipment and utensils were extensive; knives were sharp (a FIRST! for a rental) and the house keeps the staples in the cabinets so you don't have to buy $50 of spices and basics. Bedrooms were great. We had two families. Didn't matter for us, but the Master bedroom upstairs outshines the rest of the rooms. We stayed in the upstairs with the other parents and the kids had the run of the bunkroom and other bedroom in the basement. Pluses: Built in sound system with Sonos; Hot Tub right outside the kitchen door; heated garage; the town of Dillon is great for eating and beautiful at Xmas with lights up and down Main st. It was a 3-5 minute walk to town for us. I would bore with details, but this house really has it all. Cons: The air is dry so use the humidifiers (& use the hint provided by the homeowners; put a pinch of salt in the water to amplify the humifiers output). I'm struggling for negatives here.
