Unit is a small space thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated. Backyard is landscaped to perfection. Hosts available and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Hope to return to this place.

Very good

This well-planned apartment was thoughtfully equipped with all we needed for a comfortable and very convenient stay for us during a visit for our daughter's graduation. We were able to walk nearly everywhere, many amazing restaurants in this area! (Good thing we were walking.) Our hosts were very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. A busy week for us with family in from far and wide so not much time to visit but very nice folks. Would stay here again ! Wish we'd found it for prior visits actually.

The property is charmingly set up, but it is cozy. Enough room with seating benches, desk, arm chair. There is a kitchenette and a big shower area. Pretty much a full sized fridge and freezer. One of the big attractions, though, is the spacious backyard with the grill, pizza oven, and hot tub. The other big attraction is the kindness of the hosts. Greg communicated quickly and was very welcoming and attentive. He was out of town for our stay but his daughter was there to show us the unit and was super friendly. Loved our stay here and would happily return. Excellent proximity to UC Berkeley. Safe, residential neighborhood with open street parking.

My husband and my stay in Albany at Blanca and Greg’s property was lovely. They are terrific hosts, with a clean, beautiful, well kept property. They were gracious and welcoming, even inviting us to join them one evening for a backyard party featuring their outdoor pizza oven. While it is a small unit, we were comfortable. And it is so conveniently located, you’ll walk everywhere. Would recommend!

Reading the reviews had me cautiously excited about renting the place and let me tell you once I arrived it did not disappoint! First let me say, Greg and Blanca, thank you for opening your home to us. Blanca met us upon our arrival and she was so welcoming just like meeting s old friend. When we entered the yard I felt like I was transported to little Italy they really took care in the design. The quarters were cozy and had everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the vicinity of our daughters apartment in Berkeley -just 5 minutes away. I look forward to our return and hopefully your home will be available for our stay! ☺️

A lovely stay.Bianca and her husband were lovely, friendly, and helpful .the garden outside was gorgeous s little oasis. The apartment awash clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. The kitchenette was so useful to have. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very clean, comfortable bed, it is against the wall, if two are staying. Which makes getting in and out of the bed a bit of a challenge. Well stocked with paper products,, and towels. We did not cook or use the backyard but it is beautiful. A bit of a problem communicating on the site with Cell phone reception. Not sure what would make that easier. In a basement but very quiet.

The space is great! Very modern and cute with plenty of room to hang out and sleep. Only issue was figuring out how to get in, but we had a super late flight so it was dark dark. Host had offered to meet us to show us the property so not fault. Oh and parking is almost non existent! Plan to come in a little early to get a space.

This property served my husband and I very well. It was just the perfect spot to stay cozy during our stay. The property was very clean and well equipped!! Gregory and Blanca were great hosts with an amazing little getaway spot. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was fairly easy. There are plenty of awesome nearby food and shopping options. Greg was great with answering any questions we had during our stay and gave us the privacy that we wanted for our anniversary trip. The jetted tub was a great plus, and the sleep number bed was an unexpected bonus. It was a great trip across the board.

You’re in a basement so expect to hear some footsteps upstairs. That’s the worst thing you can say about this place. Do you have a hot tub outback and a Jacuzzi tub in your room. The ceiling inside the apartment is not low so it works for a tall person. Everything electronic is either Dyson or Apple. Everything works. There is cooking stuff and dishes if you need them. This is a compact but efficient space. It is a very short walk to some Paulo

Beautiful outdoor garden “room”; gracious hosts; comfy & efficient with some lovely special extras (jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen) easy parking & super convenient location!

This property is a great version of what it tells you it is: it is a very compact and thoughtfully laid out place for one or two. The craftsmanship and details are lovely and the essentials are there. The yard and Hot Tub are a great bonus as is the complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. We will be back!

Every amenity is available, including a Sonos sound system, media system with streaming options, sleep number style bed that was incredibly comfortable, and a kitchenette with microwave, Foreman grill and Keurig. Besides the bed, the biggest perk is the oasis of a backyard. It is lush, private, shaded and fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen. Simba, the local feline, met me with a purr while I enjoyed sipping my coffee on the patio in the morning. The parking is on street and I didn’t have any problem finding a space close by. The neighborhood is very diverse, safe and comes with a grocery store and coffee spot close by. The location made it an easy 30 minutes into SF during off hours and a quick 10 minutes to my Dad’s off of Richmond Parkway. Great people to work with, quick response to any questions.
