Stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip. Enjoyed walking to beach and the quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor common space on second floor for talking and hanging out. Washer/dryer is not in unit and you must pay.

This is the third time we have stayed at this condo and we are never disappointed. It is steps from the beach and close to many restaurants. Dee Dee is a great host and will answer any questions you may have. There were several rocket launches while we were there. You can see them from the beach or take a short drive from the condo for a better view. We also enjoy strolling around the neighborhood in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The house was really clean, which was great! The communication with the host was wonderful! The listing did mention that a washer/dryer was available as an amenity, but it was never mentioned that it’s a community washer/dryer. I did reach out to the host to ask a question specifically about the washer/dryer and it still wasn’t mentioned that it’s a community set. To some, this is no big deal, but to some it is. Other than that, the check in process was super easy and it was a great location by everything! We were able to rent bikes from down the street and ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go!

Dee Dee was a great host with a really nice condo.

Not enough pillows, no salt (listing says there are spices)… okay fine. But also, no body soap in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner and no tissues. When I asked for these items (pillows, tissues, soap) the host was borderline rude. The space itself is also not very clean… it’s tidy, but not clean. And the towels are old. This was not a place I would want to stay again.

Very clean! Everything we needed was there! Short walk to restaurants, beach and shopping! I will definitely come back!

This is a condo within a complex on a busy street, but road noise wasn't an issue. Very nicely decorated and close to the beach. Extensively stocked kitchen. It was great for us to prepare our meals. The only things I wasn't aware of were: this is a second floor condo with 15 steps. Hard for us to maneuver with all our luggage. Also, washer and dryer aren't in unit and cost to use.

Nice beech vibe furnishings. Very comfortable and clean. It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything else. Definitely would recommend it.

The condo unit was exactly as described and within an easy 5 minute walk of the beach. Once on the beach it was also a comfortable walk down to the pier. Only issue we had was the air conditioning unit wasn’t working. When I notified the owner he stopped over within 10 minutes. He then went to the hardware store to get a part and had the A/C working within another 30 minutes. Much appreciated promptness!! Overall great experience. Thanks!!

My family loved our stay here! The hostess was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The beach access is just a block away which made it easy to walk with our gear to enjoy the beautiful beach! We hope to stay here again on our next trip back to the area!

It’s walking distance to the beach, clean and well appointed - just as stated in the listing. One of the most important things in a Florida rental is the air conditioning - and the A/C here worked like a champ! All around a great stay

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favor and we did little beach time. (The condo has an ample amount of beach supplies to use... we really appreciated that!) We will be back!

The unit was in a beautiful little complex, just a few minutes walk to a quiet beach. The interior was clean and decorated just as you'd expect the perfect beach home to be decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will try to return to this same property the next time we stay at Cocoa Beach.

The host is great, was having issues with my final payment and she directed me on how to get it done, once I payed she sent me the check-in information before I was even able to contact her back. THE PROPERTY: Pulling up I thought it looks like the movie seen of “ The karate Kid(original) only difference was it was blue not pink LOL …. Once we got the the door open it was just like all the pictures posted online ( nothing was off) LOVED THE KITCHEN BY THE WAY….. I could have hosted a 20+ dinner…. With all those pot/pan/backing dishes and glass/plate ware….perfect stocked kitchen…..To bad it was just 4 of us, for two days before our Cruise… or I might have “whipped up” a nice meal! CLEANLINESS: We take our shoes of the min we step into my own house… and we did the same at this property…. But I did feel a lot of sand on the floors throughout the apartment….. so that was a little down side for me, but with the beach being that close you always will find sand…. ACCESSORIES: The kids loved that there were “ boogie boards” for the to take down to the beach…. I like the fact that you had a little cooler bag and an ice pack in the freezer to keep our drinks cool at the beach. If I ever come back to the area I will definitely book/stay here again. Thank you so much for making this 1st VRBO experience great!!!!!

Great location and communication with the owner

Our check in was easy, sent the code, we opened the door and our vacation began. Clean comfortable place, nice kitchen, comfortable bed. It was quiet, and the property was well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. I have nothing bad to say about this stay.

The condo at Brisa Del Mar was FABULOUS!! The condo was very very clean and beautifully decorated. The building and area are well maintained. The location was perfect and we could walk to the beach. We will definitely be making reservations for our next summer's trip to Cocoa Beach.

The host was lovely to deal with. The unit is cute and quite nice. However the washroom was not cleaned from its last use of another reservation and therefore the entire experience was ruined for me. As I didn’t know what else wasn’t cleaned at that point.

So close to the beach and watched a launch. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed.

This property is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and the beachy feel of the place. The décor is so cute. We relaxed on the outside patio and the beach was a very short walking distance distance. Anything you needed from a home perspective was available. There is also lots of beach items for use. It could use a deep cleaning but for our purpose it wasn't a problem. For sure would return.

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is super clean and convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach. Deedee is just great. She responds quickly to messages and answers all your questions. The neighborhood is great for dog walking. We will definitely stay again.
