Khach, une jeune femme consciencieuse, et concernée par ses hôtes. 👏👏👏 🏆 La piscine couverte au 10e étage: hyper cool. Vous avez la possibilité de demander un moment hammam ou sauna également. Notre appartement était lumineux, propre, spacieux, les lits étaient confortables. Chaque chambre disposait de sa salle de bain. En sortant de l'hôtel vous trouverez facilement des gargotes et des restaurants pour vous sustenter.

Le reste de l'équipe ne décolle pas la tête de son portable pour vous saluer. 😳 👎 Si vous demandez qu'ils appellent un taxi, ils oublient de le faire, puis vous racontent des salades pour vous faire patienter avant d'appeler. 🤨 Le canapé du living-room dans notre appartement est rincé, j'espère qu'il sera changé sous peu. Nous devons mentionner que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant le passage du supertyphon Yagi. La piscine a dû fermer dès notre première nuit pour des raisons de sécurité et de maintenance. Les pluies ont occasionné des fuites dans les chambres. Je pense que les réparations seront effectuées. 🤞 Egalement, l'immeuble voisin était en travaux, et les journées commencent de bonne heure, donc les nuits ont été écourtées à partir de 6h00. 😵‍💫

It was a good value, and the room was very large.

The room had a fold out couch, but we had to pay extra to get a sheet for our child to sleep on it (the couch was stained and dirty). The pool room had no air conditioning and only one small window that opened, so it was uncomfortably hot. The hotel was a good value, but didn't feel as nice as the pictures make it seem.

Apartments are very spacious and clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is not in the city center, but easy to get there by 32 or 34 direct bus (8K VND, about 25 cents). Can also get to Big C Hypermarket easily on another direct bus.

This was the most comfortable bed we slept in on our entire month long trip. The indoor pool was clean and heated. They rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was warm and friendly. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. This was an oasis for our family

Some of the TV were old and couldn’t support Netflix but that was a minor inconvenience

There was no breakfast

This location offers many restaurants nearby which is very welcomed. The food in this area is way more better than in center of Hanoi. The pool is great. It looks exactly the same as they show in the picture.

Unfortunately, I was in this hotel when new house was being built therefore it was very noisy. The staff forgot to add new toilet paper. I had to ask them twice to receive new toilet paper.
