The views/location from the house are wonderful. However, I had multiple issues with the property management. First, they tried to have me sign a 3rd party outside contract, which is against VRBO's policies and contradicted some of their policies on VRBO (stricter cancellation policy, age requirements, etc). Second, I had asked for an early check in, which was wonderful that they offered, however when I went to confirm they told me it was an extra $114 which they did not initially tell me and am also not sure is allowed on based on VRBO's policies. Third, we arrived at the house only to find that one of the twin mattresses listed online was missing- so we reached out to the property manager on VRBO without ANY response. We had to have a guest sleep on a couch (not a pull out couch even) the entire stay because we could not contact the property management. Also, the house itself is completely empty of what I would consider basic necessities. No salt/pepper, cooking sprays, 1 tiny thing of soap/dishwasher pods, etc. We tried to walk to the market on the island to get more cleaning supplies, only to find out they do not sell any dishwashing liquid/pods- so bring EVERY little detail you will need for the stay, salt and all. Overall, the location was wonderful and we had a great stay, but you can definitely tell this is just one of many properties this company manages and be prepared to be treated like just another number to them.

Overall, we hung out on the deck. Beautiful location where we could enjoy the beach from the deck or a close walk. The place has very uncomfortable furniture and the bed mattresses were all pretty hard. It needs a thorough cleaning, dusting the ceiling fans mostly. We really loved the kitchen but the burners don't all work nor the microwave. We enjoyed ourselves on the deck. Please get rid of that wicker furniture that all 6 of us couldn't sit on for long. Great place, though. Just needs updating!!

The property was better than expected. Very close to the beach. Could see dolphins jumping out of the water from the deck. It had everything we needed. I would stay there again!

Amazing location. Dated decor, but who cares, you spend all your time enjoying the spectacular beach. The house is accessible except for the bathrooms, which need grab bars. Property management was responsive and super helpful.

The house was great, right on the beach & within about a mile walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for 10 women. Having more cozy furniture in the living room would have been nice, but we spent most of our time at the table and out on the balcony. Would recommend this rental to others.

The house is spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The layout downstairs is a little quirky, but we liked it. We had no problems with the state of the furniture, as some reviews have said (and I'm a stickler for that sort of thing). It's a beach house. So, we didn't expect fine leather furniture. It was clean and comfortable. The rental staff was great. They reached out to us before the trip and were very helpful.

The ocean view from the home is spectacular. Definitely an old home and we noticed some roaches. @propertynmanger please address that issue. Overall it is good. Thanks

Bella Luna was a lovely home with a few issues. The location is fabulous, close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Only a few changes would make this home an absolute 5 star stay. First, the living room furniture needs replaced. Uncomfortable, old & not enough seating. for everyone. Second, the carpet in the main floor bedroom needs replaced. Stained & dirty. The rest of the house, (flooring), is laminate & is easily kept clean. The overall house was clean, roomy & a great vacation spot. Despite the above issues, we would definitely rent this house again!!!

We enjoyed our our stay at the Bella Luna property. Cost of stay was primarily to house located directly on the beach. Could not ask for a better location. Positives- interior was clean, fresh quality towels, all appliances worked. Negatives- all furniture was worn & dated, exterior messy (beer cans & liquor bottles left on ground), landscaping not kept up, Overall the condition of our surroundings didn't keep us having a enjoyable week.

The only good thing about this property was the location and being on the beach. It was dirty and had many stains on the carpets. Extremely outdated furniture, in fact had an outdoor wicker couch for the living room which was old, and falling apart. No area for the family to all gather and relax together. Fixtures were falling apart, in bathrooms and kitchen. One of the burners on the stove did not work. In fact the utensils and pots/pans were old and needs updating. Outside on the deck overlooking the beach, the lounger chairs were broken, and not enough seating for everyone to enjoy. Overall WAY too expensive for what the house actually was. Old, outdated, dirty and not as advertised. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed!

The kitchen was well stocked but the furniture was on poor repair and very uncomfortable. Including beds.

This house is very nice, but needs some upkeep. Grounds were just dirt and weeds. Patio furniture falling apart. It was clean and in a convenient area, though on the main very busy road. The homes around it were not very nice.

Nice property amongst some bad properties.
