Loved this unit! Location and size were great, the owners provided everything we could think of, and were very responsive!

This is the perfect vacation condo. Everything to provide a comfortable stress free vacation was provided. Whatever extra we needed was easily accessible with everything being within 2 miles. Many restaurants and shops were walking distance. We watched dolphins swim by every morning and evenings we enjoyed amazing sunsets. We had three children with us and they all loved the “kids room” and the little things like puzzles, beach toys, and comfortable beds. As a parent, loved having the washer and dryer and laundry supplies right there because with kids it’s a never ending cycle of dirty towels and swim suits. We would love to stay in this condo again in the future and have zero negative things to say about our stay. Thanks so much for making our vacation perfect.

The condo was impeccably clean, well stocked with toiletries and things needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable. And the host was just amazing with answering any and all of our questions. Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here!

Beautiful well equipped easy to walk to local sights. Breathtaking views. Beach was great. There is nothing negative to say about this place except we wish it had a pool but other then that would 100% recommend this penthouse.

The property was amazing and exactly how advertised! There wasn’t a thing missing from the home when you needed something. The owner was awesome before and during our stay. She answered questions and gave suggestions on pools, restaurants and any general info asked. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! Our teen daughter had an unexpected knee surgery the week before we came, access for her wheelchair and crutches was great! On and off the elevator you were right there at your front door. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for all of us and plenty of bathroom space! The ice maker was a bonus!! Never ran out with drinks and filling our coolers. The view from the patio where we reminisced was amazing, sound of the ocean clear and relaxing! The decor and interior are absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much! We hope you will have us back in the near future to make more memories with family and friends!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! There were 8 in our group with ample space for everyone. The views were spectacular! The place was stocked with everything one could think of. I highly recommend this beautiful property and will definitely be returning. A few days after leaving I received a call from the manager Informing us that some personal items were left behind. Suzan promptly returned the items via U.S. mail at her expense. We have utilized VRBO for the last several years and can honestly state the customer services at this property is unmatched. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Beautiful property. The view walking in to the unit at sunset is worth the stay. All our meals were out on the balcony. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay, including accommodations for children. We overpacked. Very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Communication with owner and management was exceptional and timely. The unit is super clean. This was very important to us and we felt comfortable staying here. It’s on the quiet side of the beach, never too crowded. Relaxing stay, memories made. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

We had the most fantastic vacation we could have ever asked for! (We were there the week of Easter!) This condo was absolutely amazing for our family. My husband and I wanted to spend time with our extended family, something we haven’t been able to do (us, our son, my sister and my niece , my brother and my sister-in-law). My husband found this penthouse and insisted we book it. He said it would be perfect for all of us and he was right! The owner of this condo thinks of absolutely everything! When I say everything, I mean everything. From a fully equipped kitchen (even a crock pot, ninja blender, and anything else you could possibly need) down to bathroom soaps! I over packed. All we really needed were clothes, and food! This was without a doubt my favorite place we have ever stayed on a vacation and I would love to bring my family back again next year!! This was the first time In a long time I saw my husband not thinking about our business, really enjoying his time with our son, and just relaxing!! It was absolutely priceless! I highly recommend staying here!!

Everything was wonderful about this property. Sometimes you wonder if a place looks as good as the photos and in this case it was somehow even better. I was impressed by how clean it was and how comfortable we felt staying here. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The balcony was great for dolphin watching and sunset dinners. If you want to be in the town area with the noise and bars this isn't your place, but if you want to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the shore at night and don't mind walking a short distance into town, then this is your place. We will be back!

This place is so nice! Everything you need and more.

We were in town for my daughters softball tournament. There were 5 adults that stayed. This VRBO was like staying at a 5 STAR resort. We were very impressed. Not one detail was missed. I would definitely come back. You are walking distance from downtown Clearwater. It is located in a quiet area. You can walk to the action or relax comfortably on the beach or balcony. Extremely clean. Highly recommend!!!

This beautiful penthouse property was fully equipped with things you rarely find in a rental. Fabulous lanai with expansive views. No need to leave the property to enjoy the beach or the sunset. One of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed at!

This was my second time staying at this condo. Absolutely gorgeous place and the view is just as beautiful. It’s an excellent location.

Highly recommend this property. The condo was clean, spacious, great amenities, super friendly host and amazing location. We would start each day on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Lots of great restaurants, shops and activities within 10-15 walking distance. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving with our dear friends.

We stayed a week on beautiful Clearwater Beach on the quiet yet exquisite end of beach. The balcony is a MUST SEE! The condo had all the amenities for the entire week and was incredibly clean looking and smelling. Thank you for letting us be a part of your paradise!

Wow! We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far the best! Very beautiful unit with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Impeccably decorated and very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kiddos.

Suzan’s place was absolutely perfect. It was cozy, spotless and completely beautiful. Communication with the property manager and Suzan was seamless and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying at this little slice of heaven. Conveniently located and exactly as described but definitely more beautiful than in the pictures.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Cambria Sunset Penthouse during our family vacation. It's a beautiful place. It was exactly as described in the listing. As we opened the front door, we were greeted by the beautiful views of the beach. That was a Wow factor indeed! The penthouse was very organized and very clean. The owner(s) has provided everything we could possibly require. The Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, even with an ice machine that was a quite welcome addition. The penthouse was tastefully decorated with a combination of coastal and contemporary and has the feeling of comfort of home with a touch of class. There was so much to do even when it rained. The penthouse is close to everything: restaurants, entertainments establishments even the grocery store. We felt so welcome. The owner(s) are always quick to reply when there's any questions we may need to ask. We will definitely come back! Liz and Steve

Amazing condo in the best location on Clearwater. Perfectly situated where the beach isn’t too crowded and the restaurants and bars are only 5-10 minute walk away. Air conditioning does blow a little much but we closed some of the vents. Overall great place for a family to stay. Excellent set up for kids.

Everything you could ever need was available…chairs, coolers, umbrellas and even laundry detergent and an in unit ice machine. We had an amazing stay in an incredible unit with breathtaking sunsets. Everything was super easy from reserving, to check in to check out. Great experience. I would highly recommend.

We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the location. There were plenty of beach chairs And beach towels. Kitchen was well equipped as well as plenty of bath towels. Hated to leave but had a wonderful vacation

House was perfect and beautiful, locations couldn’t have been more suited for what we were looking for. Owners make everything very easy. Might need to add a AC unit in second bedroom like the one in master but we made it work. Thanks for a great vacation

Well what a beautiful condo in an excellent location on quiet North Clearwater Beach! we were there with family and friends and just had a wonderful time enjoyed the incredible sunset views from the huge deck and we loved all the space and we loved how clean it was it would definitely love to go back another time in visit and we highly highly recommend this place. The location is amazing too because you can walk everywhere including the Palm pavilion our favorite place for food drinks and live music!!

My family of 5 loved our stay! The penthouse was very spacious. When we arrived, it smelled very clean and fresh. Everything is very up to date. Comfortable, clean bedding. Plenty of towels. They provided alot of necessities inside the condo as well as beach equipment. The beach area was very nice. Not too crowded. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. For a family vacation at Clearwater Beach, I would definitely recommend this penthouse!

What an amazing gem this property is. We had an amazing week celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and Suzan made it extra special for us. This penthouse is a slice of heaven and was worth every penny for the fantastic accommodations and the memories which were made. We will be back!!

We highly recommend this beautiful home! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Our family has stayed in many rentals and this is by far one of our favorites! The location on the beach was perfect- not too crowded and away from the spring break crowd, but still close to restaurants and shops. The beach towels and beach chairs were so nice to have since we flew to Clearwater. We will stay here again when we return to this area!!
