Perfect location right on the beach in Bucerias. Steps to shopping and restaurants. Large Deck with great ocean views. Beautiful infinity pool. Would recommend.

Lisa & Todd’s condo great location. Property manager Jessica helpful and available for you. Condo is clean and beds comfy. Right on the beach and easy walk to restaurants. Second time we have stayed here. Look forward to coming back next year for a longer stay,

Todd and Lisa, I thought I would let you know my overall disappointment in the property and your property manager, Jessica. I have stayed in other units in the complex in the past and was extremely pleased with the accommodations and property manager.I’ll start with Jessica, your property manager. She gave us very little information about the condominium and the process of checking out on the day of departure. She didn’t show up on the Saturday we departed to collect the keys. I placed them on the kitchen counter. Then later while at the airport waiting to depart, I received a text from Jessica asking when I was leaving. I told her we had already vacated the property and where the keys could be found. On Sunday, the day after we arrived, I texted her about a few issues— the air conditioner in the front bedroom wasn’t working; a light was out in the bathroom; and, we believed the propane tank for the grill needed to be filled. On Tuesday, workers came to fix the light and air conditioner. She was not with them and we were leaving for a show in town. The workers informed us that Jessica gave them the key to the condominium unit. I have a problem with this. We weren’t going to be present while they were fixing things and she had not arranged her schedule to oversee them.This is a security risk.On Wednesday, Jessica picked up the propane tank and said it was full but took it anyway indicating that she was going to have it checked out and would bring it back. Well, we never got it back. In her text on Saturday, the day we departed, she said she was sick and was instructed by her physician to stay at home; the tank was in her husband’s car but he didn’t want to drop it off because he was scared of the Coronavirus. Therefore, we were without a grill for the entire week and your property manager failed to handle the situation in a professional manner.Here is a list of issues requiring attention: • There should be a safe to secure personal property, ie. passports, extra money, jewelry, etc. • There should be a combination key box at the outside door to secure unit keys while out of the unit. I didn’t feel comfortable carrying keys in my pocket when leaving the complex. • The loveseat on the patio is rusting and needs to be painted. Also, paint is peeling off the chairs that go with the patio table. These should be repainted or replaced. • The beds in the front bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and should

Outstanding location. Ridiculous sunsets. Easy access to restaurants. Awesome pool & exercise room. Yeah, I’d live here.

Facility and location are top notch. Master suite could use a new king size mattress (instead of a very firm queen). Other than that very good overall. Good value.

The Punta Arena condo complex is very well maintained, secure and well located in Bucerias. Unit 1B is, with a few exceptions, very nicely appointed and clean. Overall, our stay there was better than previous condos we have rented. The kitchen is well stocked with dinner ware, pots and pans, etc. There was a good supply of cooking basics left by previous renters. The rooms are spacious and well lit. With the ceiling fans and ocean breezes, we really did not rely on the air conditioning at all. On the down side: lack of a gas or charcoal grille made some cooking much less enjoyable - this is big for us; the beds in the 2nd bedroom were not that good; the shower doors are in serious need of a good scrubbing; there is a lack of comfortable seating for lounging on the balcony. We did enjoy our stay, would go again.

Lisa's place is amazing! Bucerías is a great place for local eats, and watching all of the brave surfers, kite boarders, boogie boarders. The condo has ample room and all the amenities you will need. (including water toys!) . Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning/fans work perfectly if you want to cool down from the sun. Views of the sunset can be seen perfectly from the balcony. Will book again!

Very beautiful condo close to everything

This property went above & beyond our expectations. From our dealings with Lisa, to housekeeper Melisa, Security people (Martin) thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We fly home today and our family will have life long memories as a result of our stay.

Various restaurants within walking distance, cross the bridge and lots of street food stalls. Cute boutiques and art stalls right out front. Pool just 1 floor down, beach right outside. Inside condo is comfortable with all we need for the week, including toys and floats for the pool and beach, lots of DVDs for the nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Bucerias was absolutely amazing!! The area is so quaint and authentic. The locals are genuine and full of love. The food is wonderful. We stayed 9 nights and not one meal disappointed us. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating, perfectly located within walking distance to restaraunts and shopping. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay, excellent location.

Punta Arena is a nice complex, not too big. It was very clean and so close to the market and many places to go to for dinner. The condo was clean and well equipped. the owners and Jessica were very pleasant and nice to deal with. The view from the balcony was amazing!!! Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay and experience.

Before I review my stay I would like to undestand why I was charged $210.00 per night instead of the $201.00 rate pubished. This is a difference of $45.00. I would like to know why the discrepancy and I would also like it credited to my credit card. Thank you, Judy Walis

We have decided we have a new favorite vacation spot! Bucerias is a wonderful little town not far from Nueva Vallarta, and this condo is right on the beach overlooking an infinity pool and the ocean! The condo itself is beautiful with modern decorations, new granite, tile and furniture. We loved how the master bedroom and the living area both have huge glass doors that slide open and are connected to make one huge patio area. We loved the wonderful restaurants that are all within walking distance and extremely affordable! The owner, Lisa and the property manager were extremely easy to work with and prompt in responding to questions. Our stay was truly a week in paradise!

We travel frequently to Mexico, but had never been to Bucerias. We had a wonderful time in this ocean front condo. The property manager Jessica is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and dependable. The owner, Lisa helped answer questions and was very quick to respond. The condo superseded our expectations. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

Beautiful condo, perfect location. The beach is very nice. Unlike some of the beach areas in Bucerias where there are lots oh pebbles as you go into the bay there is none just soft sand. Condo is well appointed and the air conditioning works great if you need it. Beds are comfortable. Proprty manager Jessica super nice and made sure you were settled. Quiet and relaxing.

This unit was pure luxury for us. We went to relax and we did. Spending time on the lanai/balcony watching the locals fish, and dive for oysters, watching the sun set, knowing were exactly where we wanted to be. No need to rent a car, everything is within walking distance or short taxi ride. Excellent food everywhere we went. The owners, Todd and Lisa, the local contact Jessica and the staff of the building were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The unit was perfect or two couples with both of us having lots of privacy but a great visit too. We look forward to going back again.

Thank you so much for a lovely vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. I especially liked the balcony - very lanai-like with lots of room and deep enough to have both sun and shade. I appreciated being able to sit on the balcony and watch my kids and nieces and nephews in the pool or on the beach. It was also great to have ceiling fans and air conditioners in every room. We enjoyed your water toys in the pool and surf, as well as, your collection of movies on the nights we stayed in. The staff was friendly. I had a few conversations with Martin, the evening guard. It was also nice of them to leave us a pay-as-you-go cell phone. We didn't use it but it was nice to have the option. The location was more convenient that I was expecting. Things have changed a lot since I was last in Bucerias 20+ years ago. We were close to the vendors in the town square (5 minute walk) for our last minute Christmas shopping and close to some nice restaurants when we chose not to eat in. And also a short cab ride (10 minutes) to the Mega to get groceries. Finally, we were lucky in that other units in the building can be rented so that my mom and sibling's families could come down at the same time and share our vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo and friendly town of Bucerias. The spotless condo was perfect for us and our teenage/adult children. Every-night I was lulled to sleep by the waves crashing onto the beach outside the master bedroom. It's a perfect place to relax and spent Christmas & New Year's. The pool and deck was GREAT and the view STUNNING! We would love to visit again. We left our home at -28 degrees Cecilius and arrived to a sunny 32 degrees Celsius. Thank you Lisa!

Our stay at Punta Arena was fabulous. The condo was gorgeous, and the owners were so helpful. We loved watching the local fisherman with their nets in the surf right in front of the condos. We didn't even bother with a car since the condo is walking distance to everything from restaurants to the local market. Their are so many good restaurants nearby that we couldn't get to them all. Each offers something unique and we would eat at any of them again. We saw porpoises playing in the bay and decided that next time, we will try paddle surfing. The beach was beautiful, and the condo staff rakes the sand and keeps the pool sparkling. It just doesn't get any better!
