The location was fantastic, but it was the only positive thing going on. We were given a set of keys that were inside the apartment but it did not open the main doors nor the gate to enter the property as a result everyone had to enter thru our bedroom , when I called I was told we would have to wait 2-3 days for administration , they never responded. Additionally the main tv did not work and had to wait till Monday for a replacement, when we were halfway thru our stay. The toaster oven nor the toaster worked. If you are looking for location this an excellent spot, but everything else falls short.

The beach view from the property is beautiful. Just have to cross the (not busy) street to get there. We absolutely loved our time here, close to El Yunque and restaurants (we had a rental car). Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice, overall. The view is fantastic! We had some complications with keys and entry codes, but the property management staff was helpful.

Wonderful roomy flat right on Playa Azul in Luquillo. It is as nice as the photos!! The view was amazing. Three great bedrooms, excellent AC, nice bathrooms, and lots of available beach gear. We had a snafu at check-in, but that was on us- the pdf with the photos is very helpful!! Use it! The agent, Melanie, was so helpful & got everything sorted for us right away. We lost power for about 30 minutes one night, but we didn’t even get toasty before it turned back on. It was hot & humid, and the AC was top notch! Great location near the kiosks, a big grocery store, Walgreens, and some fast food in a pinch. Did I mention it was on the beach! Wow!

This was the perfect location for our family to wake up and quickly enjoy Luquillo. The condo was plenty big and updated for all our families needs.

My family and I had the best time in our vacation. The location was perfect, right on the beach and minutes away from the Luquillo Kiosks. It was also an easy drive to places like El Yunque and San Juan. The host was very responsive and super helpful when we had Troy or getting in at first. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit also has a lovely view of the beach from the living room. It’s also a 5 minute drive from the Luquillo kiosks and Luquillo beach. I also appreciate it comes with a designated parking space right outside the building. Very convenient. The unit has a tv with streaming services in the living room and master bedroom. It’s perfect for families. This unit is a good value, however it’s certainly not luxurious. The unit was clean, but some of the furniture has seen better days (for instance, the couch cushions were stained and the master bed was missing slats). Also, the apartment doesn’t have a washer/dryer. Lastly, my biggest complaint is difficulty accessing the apartment. To enter, you have to pass through a complex series of gates and locks; first you enter a code for the lockbox, then a key lock for the pedestrian gate, then a key lock for the gate to the building, then another padlock for a third gate, finally a key and code lock for the actual apartment. You have to go thru this process every time you enter the unit. We got the hang of it during our stay, but it was still a pain, especially if you realize you forgot something inside. Plus, during check in, the lockbox didn’t contain all the keys we needed to get through all the gates. Luckily a resident was outside and helped us get in. I think the owner could improve this by giving guests a code for the back (bedroom) door, which leads directly out into the parking lot. It would be much simpler. Overall, I’m pleased with this unit and would recommend it to families or large parties that want a place close to the beach. I would stay here again.

If you want a location steps away from a beach this is it. Our stay was very short. If it had been longer it would have been a nice addition to have patio furniture and perhaps some upgrades to the kitchen amenities. Some wear from salt air and humidity is evident. The beach chairs were rusty and unfortunately permanently stained some of our clothes. The apartment is on a corner so there is some noise and busyness. Lots of walkers each morning and people coming to the beach which is across the street. People were friendly. We really enjoyed lunch at Edelweiss at the kiosks.

It was a lovely place , my concern was the Che k in process . It was confusing. The condo has no number so we could not figure out which one it was . Luckily a Neigjboors that Licea on the property helped us out. The keys did not open the front door . Manager was available by phone but it would be easier if heck in info was correct and clear . I was given the Wifi password when I asked but it did not connect to any of the networks available. Manager never responded to that . It would be nice to have clear and complete check on info .

Photos make the place look amazing. Reality is…it’s okay. Not updated, cabinets and trash drawer difficult to open, paint peeling from bathroom ceilings, three sets of locked gates to enter. Advertised as 2 baths… no hot water in unit and broken shower knob in hall bath on day one. Property manager was responsive and sent someone over that day. Got new shower knob and hot water in hall bath, no hot water in back bedroom bath. 2nd morning of ice cold shower… called property manager, left message. Assumed handy person would return to fix hot water issue as they had done before. Nope. Day 3 ice cold shower in back bath again. Spent remainder of trip with 4 people all getting ready in one bath. Beach towels and chairs are provided in unit. Two of the beach chairs were so rusted they no longer open/operate. Fortunately the hurricane shutter on the slider was functional as the lock on the slider is inoperable. Property was clean, just had some inconveniences.

The apartment was very clean and kept up. The view from the living area looking to the beach is Breath taking. I can't say enough of this rental. Only thing missing was a washer and dryer, which we needed after several trips to the beach. The manager Jessica was very helpful answering our questions She went out of her way to help us get into the apartment after we lost the email with the code to the lock. A favorite with our family. Would stay here again.

Had everything in the condo that was needed. Not walker or wheelchair accessible, narrow doorway to bathrooms. Beautiful view of the beach. Entryway always had standing water that was unavoidable. Cabinets should be updated. Enjoyed our visit in Puerto Rico.

Front door had a pad lock, so we had to use the master bedroom as entrance and exiting of Condo. Big inconvenience.

This property was mostly as pictured. It was clean, and the location to the beach across the street was amazing.. However, it looked updated in the photos, which some of it is. The kitchen however lacked good lighting, the cupboard doors slammed into one another when you opened them. Some cupboard doors were extremely difficult to open. We could not find the trash can for two days due to this. The microwave had damage inside of it. There is no dishwasher and the refrigerator door opens oddly to the right, forcing you to exit the kitchen to open it. There is no oven and the toaster oven is tiny. There is no central air and no air-conditioning in the living room space. So if you cooked or did not run the ceiling fans in the bedrooms continually, you would overheat in the living room. The first day I thought well, we'll just watch TV in the air-conditioned bedroom.. well that was impossible as the TV in that room turned on and off on its own. I informed the property manager who offered to send someone while we were out which I didn't feel comfortable about, being in a foreign country and noting the abandoned hotel just a block away and many bared windows. I asked if they could come the following day when we were there. I said early morning would be good before we started our day. I received no response. The beds were comfortable, the place felt as clean as a beach apartment with sand can, and the view was beautiful. The wicker furniture in the living room is not very comfortable to cozy up in and watch a movie or show before bed. So overall, I couldn't get comfortable between the hot living room and wicker furniture. Another thing to note is there is no washer or dryer and the neighbor did not recommend a nearby laundromat. Also, the patio doors did not lock although there was a garage like door that went up and down so I felt secure at night. The paint in the unit is peeling in the bathrooms, the toilet seat would not stay up, you had to hold it, so we bought some tape. They did supply ample towels, trash bags, small shampoos and soap, a starter papertowel roll, toilet paper, starter (watery) dish soap, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, some footballs, etc.. for the kids. No umbrella for the beach. I admit, I have high standards and I own a unit at a lake I rent, so I expect alot. There is a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, bar, and fast food nearby. We made the best of it and had a nice trip. People in Puerto Rico are very friendly

We had a amazing stay at the Luquillo Beach Flat. Location was awesome and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Puerto Rico getaway
