This is our second stay in this unit, the view is great as is the location.

What a beautiful view from all the windows and the balcony!! My daughter, five grandkids and I had a wonderful vacation in this condo.
We cooked most nights and there was plenty of seating for everyone. I could go on and on about this condo, but the truth is we spent most of our time at the beach and the pool. We loved being so close that we could come and go throughout the day! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

We loved this property! THe layout, the decor and the views are stunning! The website description was very accurate. Our unit was very clean, well stocked and we had no issues with check in or check out. Overall it was the perfect vacation spot!!

Pros: Spectacular ocean view!
Clear check in/out instructions.
Nice pool/hot tub in the common area and updated deck leading to the ocean.
Cons: Mattress in primary bedroom needs to be replaced. Its worn out on each side and caused sleepless nights.
I specifically chose lodging with a full cook kitchen due to the 7 day stay and was disappointed at what was provided. It's time to replace the low level appliances. The front right eye on the stove did not regulate properly causing the eye to stay hotter than necessary. Therefore, I was constantly adjusting the temp knob to try and get an even cook.
The oven took FOREVER to reach average heat of 350.
The few knives that were still in the block were dull. One had a broken tip. The pots and pans with nonstick coating were scratched and unsafe to use for cooking. One pot was warped and wasn't used because I was afraid it would wobble off the eye. I had to purchase a frying pan and pot to cook with.
There was hair on the kitchen counter and in the utensil drawer.
The washer/dryer both have signicant rust on top.
Bring your own towels/washclothes. Some of the (Clean) ones that were provided were clearly stained.

Tile floors very extremely dirty and unit was a little beat up. Otherwise, a very pleasant visit. Views were spectacular.

Unit was clean and stocked. It was exactly as described. Owner/manger communicated well and made sure that I saw that the pool was closed during our stay.
Never had to wait more than a few seconds on the elevator. Location is easy to get to and less than two minutes to Pier Park. The only issue is the parking, the spots are very tight. Otherwise, every thing was perfect, we will try it again next visit.

We were 3 couples on a couples trip. Everything was amazing! View can’t be beat. Location was close to everything. Each bedroom was great. We spent hours on the balcony listening to the ocean.

This condo is a great place to stay, but the view says it all. When you walk in the wall of windows just draws you to the view. Beds were nice and we had plenty of space and privacy. Our group included five adults. We would recommend this condo.

Absolutely amazing views from this beautiful condo! The furniture was comfortable, great family space, nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom, and nicely decorated. Balcony was a great extension of the space! The elevators were very quick and it wasn’t overly crowded for a Spring Break timeframe. Our family enjoyed the beach and chairs. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovation the entire stay until the very last day.. We were not told the pool was closed, definitely a bummer. However, we really enjoyed the Pool area the one day it was open. Overall, we would definitely highly recommend this Condo!

Our family had a great time staying in Panama City Beach. You can not beat the view from the windows and the balcony. The weather was excellent and we were able to keep the balcony doors open a lot of the time. The breeze coming through and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Overall the condo was clean. However, there were a few things left behind from the previous guests (including some under garments). The hot tub was also out of service so we were unable to enjoy that. The only other negative I would say is that we had some questions about some things that the property managers were not able to answer and there was never an attendant in the lobby. You will not be disappointed in your stay. We have a large family with many teenagers and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful.

We come down to PCB at least twice a year for the last 10 years. This was by far the cleanest, roomiest and best place we have stayed. The location is wonderful, the building is clean, not overcrowded and just a wonderful overall experience. This unit was so spacious and has the most stunning view with WONDERFUL sunset views. A huge shout out to the property managers for their communication and attentiveness. Will 100% be coming back

This is by far my most favorite condominium to stay in and 801 did not disappoint. The most beautiful views you will find in a 3bd/3ba anywhere in PCB. The unit is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The rental agency is very responsive, the unit was clean and the stay was amazing. We would stay here again.

My family and I loved this property. It was our first trip to Panama City and the views from this condo were exactly as described. AMAZING! We watched dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony nearly every day. If we are fortunate enough to return I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is clean, spacious and very relaxing. Checking in/out was simple and easy. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful condo, amazing location and amenities! We had one issue with a cleaning mishap that could have been avoided and was addressed. Hope it's not an issue in the future bc this is an amazing condo woth perfect views and amenities! Will be booking again with hopes that the cleaning issue doesn't happen again!

Million Dollar View
While the condo itself is beautiful, the best part about this rental is the view. Even if you don’t want to sit out on the beach and get hot and sandy, the amazing air conditioned views of the gulf make being at the beach cool and comfortable! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who loves beautiful beach views!

Gorgeous views and great location!
We had the best time here for our spring break vacation with my family. The condo is beautiful. The check in/out process was super easy. Communication was efficient and clear. The view from this condo is unreal! Easy to get to the beach and pool. The view from the heated pool is awesome as well. 4 stars for cleanliness as there was a lot of dust built up on some of the bedroom furniture and some items left behind from previous guests that were not removed prior to our arrival, but not the biggest deal. Also would recommend bringing your own pillow as there were only 2 small flat pillows on a king size bed to sleep on. Parking is a bit tight, but there were always plenty of spots. Pier Park close by was great for a beach break shopping day. Already booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back!

The most beautiful views!!
We came to Panama City for my daughters senior year spring break. (Girls trip) we couldn’t have been more pleased with our condo. Very spacious, the all around views of the ocean were breathtaking. There were 6 total of us and plenty of space. Loved the big couch and the big deck. There is also a Winn Dixie right across The street. Great location. Would definitely rent this condo again! So much better than expected!
I fell in love with this property when I looked at it online, but when we walked in the door I was so pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it was. It’s always hard to gauge by the pictures what a set up is and how big it truly is. And what a spectacular view. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I couldn’t get over the size of the balcony. The eighth floor was the perfect height to be away from the noise but still high enough to get a good view. If I had to make absolutely one criticism, it would be to maybe update some of the cookware in the kitchen. But I still was able to cook the same way. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View. Great Beach
We had the best time, amazing views in the morning we would sit on the porch and drink a coffee with all jumping dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays. We enjoy the location of the property was easy to get to easy parking and we loved the beach there.

Overall this place was great! Once we got there we were a little bummed that we couldn’t get either guest TVs to work. Also the handle on the microwave was off and looked a little tacky.

Family Vacation
My wife and I planned a family getaway with our two adult children and two grandsons. The “Penthouse” proved to be the idea location. The accommodations were as advertised and the views are incredible! (Do bring bars of soap and hand soap). We had a few issues-none major- and all handled promptly by Tonya at the property management company!

Amazing First Time Experience.
The ease of renting and when looking I kept coming back to this property. When we got there the entire place looked and smelled clean. The furniture was beautiful in the living room and move in ready for the week. Loved the condo and the Palazzo. The staff and residents were nice and always said hello. The ONLY down fall is if you are wanting to party it is quite the walk to Pier Park with horrible sidewalks or lack thereof but if you are wanting a quiet low crowd area this is the place for you. Thank you so much for making our stay just perfect and our first vacation rental memorable. I am already scheduling my next vacation.

Loved this condo - perfect for us and our 2 sons and wives with 1 yr old - clean and big condo - wonderful windows for watching the beach! Quieter side of PCB if you want to stay away from the crowds - loved it!
