The house was decorated nicely and had all the amenities. We were in town for a music concert and literally only slept there for a few hours. We did not get to hang out at the house much.

Friends and I stayed overnight for a weekend football game and the place was as advertised. Good quiet neighborhood,.

Our family of four (two teenagers) and our dog stayed for 1 week. Overall, our stay was fine. The location is very convenient for driving or Ubering to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. Walking distance to coffee shop. The house itself was ok. Dryer was broken and didn’t get fixed in the week we were there. The upstairs sink didn’t drain. The grill was rusty and unusable. We lost power for 7 hours after a storm and ended up on the phone with VRBO for 1.5hr because the owner was not responding to my call or texts. The patio furniture was covered in dog hair and there was dog poop in the yard from the previous renters. The house was clean but not as clean as I would expect and have experienced in many previous rentals. (The rag was black when I wiped food off the floor). The house did have a nice selection of k-cups, a nice front porch, fenced yard, corn hole yard game, fire pit/table, plenty of fans, plenty of blankets. Would I stay here again? No. But all in all I think it just wasn’t a good fit for us, especially for the money we paid for it. It’s a great place for a bachelor or bachelorette party.

Location was close to everything. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Inside could have been cleaner but not bad. However, the outside back patio and front porch haven’t been cleaned in months or longer. So much so that we couldn’t sit on anything. It was filthy. We couldn’t get the tv in living area to work even trying different batteries. The window in the shower is weird. It should be covered.

Absolutely loved our first time at CMA Fest! This place made it more enjoyable to come home and relax. House was very nice, clean and like the pictures.

Loved this house! Nice, quite neighborhood, close Uber to downtown and broadway, yet, still walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the back yard was so nice to hang out in. 10/10

Originally a friend had booked a room at the Moxy! For 5 of us girls, it was going to be pricy and quarters were going to be tight! We love the nightlife but all like to sit on our porch and drink coffee in the morning! This gave us the privacy to chill and relax during downtime!

Everyone had a great time, good location

This house was very cozy. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for my daughters dogs. It’s also convenient to downtown but the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.

We loved our stay! Quite neighborhood just minutes from all the action! We loved drinking coffee on the front porch swing!

Great location to broadway for our Nashville trip. We had our car so a quick drive to downtown. Great property if you have your fur babies with you. Has a fenced in front and backyard.

This is a great location to be able to hit Broadway, go to any sporting event and just relax in the home or its lovely backyard.

This was a fantastic and clean spot in a convenient location in north Nashville. What made the difference between a good stay and a great stay we’re the hosts. They offered to let us check in early for no additional charge and were so responsive to any of our questions. The check in and check out process was easy and reasonable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Place was very spacious, we had 4 ppl but could of slept at least 2 more. Nice porch out front and patio area out back. Would def return to this place when i return to Nashville!

Great place to stay ! There were 6 of us (adults) and the layout of the house was perfect. On a corner lot in a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to town. Average Uber ride was $10 for two or $20 for six. We would definitely stay again !

Very pleasant stay

Our group of 4 went to Nashville to attend a NFL game and VRBO seemed our best option for value. Rather than 4 hotel rooms we found this property seemed to offer everything we needed. So we booked it. The room configurations were exactly as described and gave all of us the space we needed to relax while having the amenities of a home. This property is a short ride share from airport and the downtown Nashville nightlife. I would choose this very property again if we had the opportunity to return.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was nice to be able to spread out when staying with other adults. The location was great and close to many things that we planned to do and see. The house was super clean with lots of hot water. Tim was easy to get in contact with when we had a question.

The home was WONDERFUL! We loved being able to enjoy the backyard, plenty of open space for everyone to be in the same rooms and/or use restrooms through the stay. Great location with lots of fun little neighborhoods to explore nearby. Absolutely recommend this home for a Nashville stay!

House was nice with a great porch. Comfortable beds. Also nice walkable neighborhood. Short Uber/Lyft ride into the city.

This home was in a perfect location for accessing downtown Nashville and also many local East Nashville restaurants. We enjoyed our stay with our family of 5 and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone and a fenced in yard for the dog. My favorite spot was the porch swing with my morning coffee. The backyard party lights and fire table were great for cocktails in the evening. It was perfect!

Good sized house for 6 adult family members (and a baby) to meet and spend Thanksgiving together. House was clean and check in was easy. It was in a nice quiet neighbor.

Love the character of this home! The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet at night. The covered back patio and front porch are great for cool evenings. Very convenient location to Uber to Nissan stadium and downtown, visit Vanderbilt, and drive to local eateries (try The Pharmacy). Sleeping arrangements were more than enough for 6…. With a few extra spots if you need more. Beds were very comfortable, linens smelled nice and fresh, and the showers were hot for 6 in a row! Sufficiently stocked kitchen and plenty of TV channels. We were very pleased and Tim responded to any questions immediately. Highly recommend this home and the town of Nashville… very friendly to even opposing team fans!
