We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport. It couldn't have been in a better location -in the heart of Downtown Newport. The sunsets from our room and the rooftop were amazing. Definitely plan to be back.

You have to see it to believe it as the saying goes! As soon as you enter you are greeted with a king size bed that is so comfortable you don't want to get up in the morning. Beautiful barn doors open up into the living area that has a full size refrigerator along with microwave, 2 burner stove and coffee pot! Dining area for 4. Jacuzzi tub/shower along with fluffy towels. Plenty of room in the living area to relax and look out at the amazing view of the boats, sunrise, and sunsets. You cannot get a better view except by going upstairs to the rooftop deck where you have a panoramic view Within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, trollies, ferries , and waterfront activities. Quiet and peaceful. Tour the mansions and cliff walk is a must. We will definitely be back! Carolyn was super quick with responses and had great tips for places to eat and visit. Check in was a breeze. Spotless and well taken care of property. See you soon!

This unit was absolutely wonderful right in the heart of downtown Newport. More spacious than a standard hotel room in a very nice Wyndham property. Exceeded expectations!

We loved this apt. Check in process straightforward. Even if staying at Club Wyndham you need to check in at 5 Washington Street as that’s where check in takes place. You can pick up a parking permit there too and a trolley to take your luggage up to your apt. The apt had everything - small touches - fresh coffee, kitchen roll, tissues, make up removal pads, Salt & pepper - nice touches. Spotless, comfy bed. Tv in bedroom and lounge. Loved it.

Carolyn was a wonderful host. This is a great location in Newport — right by the ferry terminal and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Great pool too. Would love to come back!

The photos of the view don’t do it justice. Very clean comfortable room with the all the amenities you need for an extended weekend stay. Within walking distance of the bar or shops and restaurants.

The location could not have been better. Quiet area right on the waterfront just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. The Wyndham facility was upscale with a great pool area, happy hour, and great staff. The condo we rented was very clean and well equipped. We won’t even look anywhere else if we return to Newport.

The place was clean and right on the water in the harbor. The extra amenities such as the pool were great to have.

Condo was very nice and view was beautiful. Walk to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend this location.

Good location, good service and decent size room

This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Carolyn was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer my pre-arrival questions. Lovey clean unit, with an awesome view of the harbor and convenient to everything. The parking is a huge bonus - paying for parking in Newport is similar to Manhattan parking prices! We were there for a weekend wedding celebration and were able to walk to the restaurant hosting the welcome cocktail reception and to the Church the next afternoon. We were even within walking distance to meet our the trolley tour to the mansions. On our walk back from our tour, we picked up a lobster roll from the Newport Lobster Shack, which is located on the dock across the street. We then ate it back in the kitchen which overlooked the same dock. Highly recommend and I look forward to booking again!

Best location on the island if you aren’t staying in the mansions! Picture perfect views and everything in walking distance. I know where I will be staying my next visit for sure!

This place has amazing views of the harbor! We enjoyed watching the boats move about and the gulls fly by - it was mesmerizing. The full kitchen was nice to have along with all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans we needed. Everything was clean and like-new condition. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we had more than enough clean linens for our stay. The free parking space was super convenient, and it was an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and waterfront attractions . We highly recommend this place!

Still can't believe the view, the balmy breeze, boat spotted bay, and fluttering flags. What a view! This space was a perfect fit: 5 the floor with roof top view, tastefully decorated and comfortable space, great restaurants, tours, and a step out your door to shops. A must return.

Fantastic stay in Newport! Beautiful view of the harbor - loved watching the boats coming in and out. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. The space was perfect for two of us. Immaculately clean. Easy check-in/check-out. Carolyn was very responsive to my questions. We hope to return to Newport and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place for a long weekend! Close to everything.

We were going to be in Newport to attend a wedding. We were so happy with this rental the location is perfect close to everything there is to do in Newport. The view from condo is unbelievable, the owner Carolyn kept in contact with us I felt she was no more than a text away. If you are going to be in Newport I strongly suggest you stay here, you will not be disappointed

Great little condo right by marina. Very clean. Had everything you needed. Beautiful view. Within walking distance of many shop, restaurants and bars. Right in the heart of Newport. Would definitely stay there again!
