This was by far the best Vista Cay property we have stayed at. Super clean, amazing extra touches, comfy beds and we loved the layout. We are pretty frequent to Orlando and will be looking to see if this property is available first. Thank you for such a great stay.

This was our second stay at this townhome. We loved every second of both stays. Great layout with all the amenities you need plus some goodies to get you started. Location is ideal. Close enough to all the parks, the airport and the highways to get to both Clearwater and St Augustine. Highly recommend!!

There were four women staying in this beautiful place. Lots of privacy. Enough bathrooms for all of us. I highly recommend this home!!

Great spot for work teams to stay in Orlando. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge help giving all our team members privacy. Honestly the best bath towel set up I've had in a STR, more than enough in each room and they are good quality.

The property was terrific and provided all of our needs while there. We did experience the upstairs being really warm and that was very uncomfortable. The 2nd and 1st floors were just fine.

Townhouse was fantastic. Location is perfect for almost anywhere in Orlando. The kids loved the Wii. Being able to have some personal space when needed was fantastic.

Townhouse was clean, had excellent amenities, easy access to main pool. Each family had their own space, it was that large!

The home is in great shape and very clean! Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a huge bonus for us with several parents staying with teens that needed to get ready for a cheer competition at the same time! We reached out with several questions prior yo arrival and the property manager was very kind and super helpful! Will absolutely being staying here again on our next trip!!!

Unit furnished nicely and layout was spacious. The living room tv had to be unplugged and replugged each time to get it to turn on. Mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Also no outside furniture on the patio was a big disappointment . We did enjoy our vacation in Florida and the size of the townhouse was adequate . Unfortunately construction going on across street so was very noisy during the day.

We were attending a conference at the OCCC. The location was fabulous. The condo was clean and perfect for us. Each person had their private bedroom & bathroom. Totally ideal.

Our stay started off ok, though this property is in need of a good cleaning; hairs on bathroom floor, and dirty floors by baseboards. On 12/25 the a/c stopped working. The rep was great on the phone, explained couldn’t reach the maintenance guy and would request service for 12/26 and offered a different unit which was 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, so smaller. In the meantime HVAC came back on so we stayed. 12/26 HVAC went off again and third floor was HOT. Spoke with helpful young lady once again and she said service would be available the NEXT day, which was not ok due to heat and stuffiness of unit. We had to move to the other unit. This was our last day of Disney tickets, so two of us stayed to move 5 adults’ belongings to other unit, which required many trips due to small vehicle which was already packed for subsequent trip for two. Over half of the day was spent making this move completely on our own with no assistance offered by ITZ. New unit was smaller by 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and no garage. New unit was also much cleaner than previous unit. I’ve tried to contact manager several times but no response. I feel that since we paid over $450/night including the fees we are expecting reimbursement due to major hassle of moving in the Orlando heat with no assistance and being unable to enjoy what should have been our last day at WDW with family which is very expensive. I’d greatly appreciate a response. Thanks.

Overall very nice.

Out group had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate. We were greeted with a welcome basket, which was such a sweet touch. The place was great and the starter supplies lasted us for our entire stay. Community was also really nice and the pool (and pool bar) were a good time. The location was ideal as we spent time at both Disney and Universal. The shopping center, which was within walking distance, was another bonus. Our group was 100% happy with every aspect. Highly recommend. Hope to stay here again soon!!

Location wise it was good that it was so closeto the Convention Center, that made life a lot easier. I enjoyed having the amenities there like a kitchen, that help cut my overall cost down by not having to eat out every single meal. Overall, if I have to go back to Orlando for the volleyball tournament, I would definitely stay again. At first I was worried about the cost, but after being there I think it was worth it.

We got in town at 1am, hungry and tired and the first thing I see in the kitchen was this beautiful basket full of snacks and bottle of non alcoholic champagne. I thought that that was such a cute touch. The house was spotless. I cannot say anything bad a about it. It was just perfect. We had a great week despite the lower temperatures. The kids loved the heated pool. We loved the hot tub and surroundings.

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We staying with them again !

We stayed at this property while visiting Disney. It was a great location....very convenient to the Disney parks and airport. Having the Publix grocery store near the complex was handy. Plenty of space in the unit for a family of 5. It was fully furnished with everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed the large clubhouse pool. We would stay here again.

This place is really great - clean, easy to find/check-in, has all the amenities mentioned, and also was decorated in such a cute fashion. The location is in a safe, gated community and also is a 10-15 min drive to Universal Theme Park with restaurants and shops right in the vicinity (Publix is 2 minutes away). Our family really enjoyed staying there and watching football on the TV when it was raining outside. When we venture back to Orlando, we would love to stay at this location again.

We loved the condo and the location of it. The condo was spotless and well supplied. Very close to great restaurants and central for getting around to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

we have stayed on this property for several years in different locations. This has been the best condo yet! hope to get it again next year, very nice and accommodating . They had more than just a little, or none( as we had in the past) to get you started including the welcome basket which we have never gotten. what a nice touch!We always arrive late and had no problems with any codes or directions which have been a nightmare a couple times at other locations. the condo is current , and very convenient to everything. We ubered pretty much everywhere and was very affordable from this location. We love Vista Cay Resort. There is a publix and a Walgreens with in walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo and we will attempt to get it again next year!
