Lovely large house in a great location. Very spacious rooms and great facilities.

Nothing not to like! It is very spacious, very clean, good quality towels, bedding etc - so nice not to have to pack your own of these! Beach at Gorleston is Amazing- however dogs allowed only in Winter months (may be different further along coast line, but certainly at the end near the property no dogs May-Sept)

Gorleston itself isn’t the nicest town, so we did have to drive for nice day trips, and whilst you’re near the sea, you can’t see it from the property as there’s a factory in the way! VERY well equipped kitchen in terms of crockery, pans etc and great to have dishwasher and washing machine. Very minor detail but a whisk and a sieve would be a good addition to the kitchen as we struggled making sauce, and rice without these items!

Really spacious and family friendly. The house is well placed to get to everything we wanted to in Gorleston. Granddaughters already asking to go back and we only left this morning!

Parking as this was on a well used road. Having said that we always managed to park right outside so it really wasn't a big issue. The WiFi was challenging to access but we managed using our phones as hotshots.

Great size and easily walkable from the beach. Lovely to have a little courtyard at the back, two living areas. The kitchen was so well equipped and the rooms were a great size.

Very creaky floorboards but if you bring slippers and are prepared it’s definitely not an issue!

On very short notice Lucy pulled out all the stops to ensure the property was ready for our arrival. She was at the property when we arrived and was very helpful to all our party. The property itself was ideal for the family get together and a great base to explore the area. Trips into Great Yarmourth, Hemsby and Horsey to see the Seals were easily within reach. Everything we needed was available in the property including a bingo set which we took advantage of one night. Thanks to Lucy for helping us out of a sticky situation and very grateful she was able to accommodate at such short notice.

Great space in the house, it had everything we needed. The location was excellent.

The road was really noisy at night with drunk people heading to the Ocean Rooms or returning later.

House is lovely position for local & travel. Good size bedrooms

Front door straight onto busy main road with no pavement. (maybe use back entrance for toddlers and buggies) Squeaky floorboards upstairs

The house is close to the high street so convenient but the outlook is quite industrial. Short walk to a lovely beach though.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and the curtains were quite light. The garden could do with some TLC but was a nice size.

Location good, quiet and exactly what we wanted for three days in this area with grandchildren

Close to the beach which was lovely and local to shops. 15 min drive to Great Yarmouth if you want more things to do and great for children. Really liked the house had loads of space. The owner was very helpful

The house is beautiful.. lovely location with easy walking distance to town...we went with sister and brother in-law and had a totally relaxing weekend. It was home from home, will definitely go again

Lots of space for a big family or two families. Nice kitchen with everything you need and a dining room. comfy lounge plus an extra room we used as a games room/ evening drinks. Upstairs was big , nice rooms suited our needs Stayed nice and warm Amazing cooker

Only one bathroom and loo downstairs with 2 families took longer to get ready Parking isn’t ideal but managed to get a spot outside the house Beds on the small side/ regular double
