The view from the balcony was amazing!

We enjoyed our time in PR. Definitely to short of a trip. We should have stayed 2 weeks. The condo was OK. It fit our purpose and and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Overall all our stay was excellent. The only drawback was that the building itself is a bit dated and the living room is not air-conditioned and gets a bit hot and humid. (There is a free standing fan and a ceiling fan). All the 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and spacious. The balcony overlooking the ocean is wonderful with comfy seating. There are beach supplies, books and games. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment very clean. There is a washer and dryer, in the unit, but no dishwasher It is an amazing well stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker. You should check cabinet supplies, before driving to the nearby supermarket. You can replace at the end of your stay. A few minutes away is a beach for swimming and a strip, called the kiosks, with amazing food. The owners are easy to contact and staff and neighbors friendly. It is a gated, secure building. Highly recommend

Loved the location, the view and the condo. Only downfall was no AC in the living room/kitchen.

This little condo is amazing. We travel every summer and have never had one so well equipped. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Patty was so helpful with any questions we had. Anna, the next door neighbor, is the kindest soul. She was always friendly and spoke each time we saw her. I think the only thing we weren’t prepared for is the lack of central air BUT there are window units in all of the bedrooms which makes sleeping cool and comfortable. There is also a good breeze that comes in off the ocean which helps cool the common areas. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The beach had almost a private feel to it, a lot of ppl don't swim here because of the waves (for strong swimmers it was fine). On days where we wanted a more relaxing beach day we swam in the lagoon or drove 5 min to playa fortuna. The property itself was perfect! All 5 of us fit so well, I loved having 2 bathrooms I also loved all the kitties by the property :)

Patty has everything you need at this property. Very friendly security guards , air conditioning works great!

The place is very nice to stay. But i get there the place was not clean,the rooms look like someone was sleeping in.sofa need updated Everything else was great is Beautiful place ❤️ i be back..

Pros: -Condo was great, fully stocked with whatever we needed. I really appreciate having enough towels and kitchen supplies to cover a family of 5 for the week. -We LOVED the lagoon and spent time there daily. It's calm, deep, sandy and less salty than the ocean...best of both worlds! -Location is ideal for easy day trips to Fajardo, rainforest, San Juan without the craziness of the big city. -Food kiosks are awesome and eliminate the need to pre-plan where to eat every night. Just drive over and pick one. -Main area doesn't have a/c so you leave windows and doors open (without screens) but surprisingly we had zero flying bugs or birds come in. - We would go back Cons: -Condo unit could use a good deep cleaning. -Condo building overall has daily construction going on and many repairs need to be made (this seems to be a common vibe of the area though.) -Pool area is not appealing to hang out at, no chairs around it but decently clean. -So many keys! Took us a few days to get used to since we were not prone to every door having a lock. We had no instructions so on Day 1, we stood sweating in the elevator with no idea we needed a key to "go up." We got used to it but I found it annoying...not the fault of the owner, the whole property works this way. -Beach and pool gates get locked by security with a chain and padlock at 6pm each night - I didn't understand this since both gates already had locks on them. It'd be nice to have access to the pool at least in the evenings.

What a fantastic stay. Super easy check-in and everything was just as advertised. Super friendly neighbors and security staff. Great food and coffee just down the street. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away

Great location in Luquillo, steps away from a beautiful soft sand beach. Owner was absolutely the best to work with and addressed any questions we had come up. Owner provides a wonderful collection of items you might need for a trip to the beach; so helpful! The elevator was acting up while we were there, to no one’s fault; it happens. Felt very safe at all times and w writhing you need is within a 5 mile radius. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was a trip to remember.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was close to the rainforest, ferry, and the food kiosks were so close. There is also a very nice grocery store within a mile of the condo. Patty was very attentive and quick to respond when we had questions. The buildings were in the process of being painted but we did not notice any damage from the hurricane in this area. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was also great having the laundry right in the condo. We would highly recommend booking with Patty.

I enjoyed my entire stay at the condo, it was very clean, tight security, nice view of the beach, and communication was easy with the owner.

Sadly, after many difficulties locating the building and an almost impossible check-in process, we decided to leave the next day. Owner refunded entire amount for the four days we had booked.

This apartment felt as if your good friends offered you their beach house for the weekend. Super comfortable king mattresses in 2 br, AC in bedrooms worked great, and best of all, the hall closet was stocked with tons of towels, extra sheets and extra supplies/toiletries. The kitchen cupboards were well-stocked with staples like seasonings, spices, cooking oil, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplues. It was so nice, as we cook a lot at "home" and the basics were there. (Of course we gladly left our extra non-perishables for other guests to use. ) The beach house is not a 5-star resort, but a cozy, comfy well-loved home away from home. It was our favorite place of the trip. As we are finding out, in PR, it is always a hassle getting out of the condo to go to the beach or town. 4 layers of locks, ugh. But we got used to it (mostly) and felt very safe in all of PR. Rent a car, you'll need it, there are SO many sights to see.

Pros: beach location, communication with host Cons: broken beach equipment, feral cats all over property, no air conditioning in living room. No exaggeration; 4 locks to get up to the apartment. (One for building, one for elevator, two for door, one for beach)Elevator would not come to the floor. We had to go down to the first floor to take the elevator up for the beach chairs. There are feral cats all over the property that go to the bathroom everywhere and it smells. You have to park way down in the parking garage and hike up to the top of a hill to get to the apartment. To get down to the beach is lots of steps with smelly garbage cans at the entrance. Pillows in beds were so flat, we had to use 3 each from other beds to make one decent pillow. Overall we ended up leaving and going to a better place down the street halfway through our stay.

Overall the apartment was nice. We liked the neighborhood, we liked the 24 hr guard, we liked the view. Not so goods but minor issues, the garage elevator does not work (should be a sigh on the elevator door) and the pool is out of order and the building is 50 years old and needs some improvements , for instance new led lights to light up the underground parking area. It's a bit scary down there. These things the owner has little control of, its just I would have liked to know the pool was closed. These things should be in the listing. All other things were minor and were fixed with a quick text. I would stay again. Mitch

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay at this property last week. The property exceeded our expectations. We all loved the view from the balcony. The owner was a pleasure to work with and checked in on us during the week to make sure all was going well. It was a wonderful week spent in Puerto Rico.

This condo was perfect! The location alone was the most perfect, it could have been a shack and I would have loved it- but it’s not it’s a great, clean condo! The building itself is old, but this unit is clean and comfortable. The elevators in the building are not so reliable and the garage elevators were broken while we were there, which left for a long trek to the unit, but that is out of the owners control. I loved that everything we needed was provided, including all the beach stuff- so thoughtful and convenient.

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway. There’s really nothing negative to say about this homey, comfortable condo. We only needed the master bedroom but the other 2 bedrooms looked just as comfy. The master king bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in on vacation! The view…amazing. Not having AC in the main living area was not an issue. The sea breeze is all you need and fans are provided to help. The town of Luquillo is authentic which we loved! You wouldn’t ge that if you stayed at a resort. I loved hearing the roosters and saying hi to locals. Everyone was so friendly. There were yummy food trucks near by. The beach right outside the condo was so nice. I saw in some reviews people said you couldn’t swim in it? Yes you can just can’t go way out but why would you need to? You can sit in the clear water where the wave gently break. Party is a great host! Everything you need and more is in the condo. Laundry detergent, toiletries, beach stuff and more. Even Tupperware in the kitchen! We felt very safe with all the security and the guards were so friendly. Not that we felt unsafe but it was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again

Great spot! The condo was in a great location, filled with useful beach items and plentiful towels. I would totally stay here again.

Great condo, convenient location. Access to beach (not great for swimming but great to hang out and relax on. My girls loved the little stream!) And a nice pool. The balcony was frequented for morning coffee or a wind-down cocktail at night. Patty is SUPER responsive and friendly. My only mention is that the parking is not super convenient if you have mobility issues or very small kids, but do-able. Would stay here again!
