Our son was returning from deployment, so instead of staying in Hinesville, we decided to stay in Tybee as it is a family favorite. The house was literally steps from the beach, across the parking lot from North Beach Grill and Fort Screven. We walked to family who lived around the corner and participated in the Beach Bum parade for the first time, which we will absolutely do again. The only star lost is for the listing, which shows 3 twin beds and a double in one of the bedrooms. There are only 2 twin beds and the double.

The house is in perfect location. Close to the North Beach - literally across the street. Owner met us at house and gave us tour of the place. Mishap with housekeeper and we were short paper products- I texted and they were dropped off immediately. I would recommend.

The location was great. I loved that it had 3 bathrooms since I had 3 teenage boys with me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean when we arrived. There were. Few disappointments though. I am used to staying some place that has a starter pack for kitchen like dish soap and dishwasher packs. Also, small box of laundry detergent. This did not. Wasn’t a huge deal but since I didn’t know I needed up spending $15 on the supplies for a three night stay. When the agreement said to start the dishwasher and a load of towels I assumed there would be supplies for that. But not a huge loss. Also, I wanted to bake cookies and there were no baking pans. A lot of the cookware was worn and some rust. If this is a VRBO thing then next time I can prepare. Also, the beach supplies were all rotted and not safe. But the location and the cleanliness of the house made up for some of the other and the owners replied quickly to questions. We would book again knowing how to better prepare now.

I would recommend that place 100% The place was immaculate & the owner really really nice. It has plenty of dishes/linens/beach stuff… And the location is very quiet & so close to the beach. LOVED IT!!

We had a great trip in the pink house. The views were so pretty. The kitchen is well stocked. Dan was helpful with questions we had. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice house very clean. The location was out of sorts when it comes to ocean front because it’s not. Graciuos walk to the beach for people who are not able to walk long distance and you can not see the ocean from the house. Very quiet and spacious would highly recommend this rental. Love the fact that there are no TV’s in any of the rooms was perfect for quality time. Tybee Island is Awesome Grateful for the opportunity to visit.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful little home by the beach! It is ideal. It is so clean and decorated so beautifully and we were so comfortable during our stay! Only steps away from the boardwalk. Definitely a gem! We will certainly be back again!

What a wonderful experience and rental! We returned to Tybee and to this fantastic rental for the second time. We enjoyed this rental so much in 2021 that we decided to book for an entire week this summer. Everything is spot on and clean. Plenty of room for the teens, parents, and grandparents to relax. The quick walk to the beach is perfect! We wandered out almost every morning to enjoy our coffee on the beach as the sun was rising. Our days were spent exploring Tybee, hanging at the beach, a day in Savannah, and playing games as a family at the house. Evenings were perfect for grilling and enjoying time together as a family. Dan made sure everything was absolutely perfect for our trip. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am already looking at dates for our next trip.

Perfect spot for a little get away! Dan, the host, was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat. Will definitely consider this spot again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were pleasantly surprised at the updates. The house is better than the photos :). The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double or queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a queen. The place was a short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants in the nearby parking lot. The lighthouse, Marine Science Center, and surfing lessons are right there for your enjoyment. Dan was a very friendly host and by happenstance on my walk gave me a small tour of the neighborhood. He even brought us some beach towels that were missing :) The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. A hamper for towels and a larger trash can in the kitchen would be the only minor improvement I would make.

The layout was great for our family. It was super clean and more updated then the pictures showed. The location was absolutely perfect especially for our 3 like kids. We could walk to the beach or across the parking lot for ice cream! Definitely recommend

Great house and location. Very easy walk to the beach for children and adults. We enjoyed the lighthouse, Marine Center and nearby park. Dan was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Tybee Island. Sea House on the Beach really is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. It was very easy access to the beach. This is a beautiful condo: very nicely decorated, very clean, and a wonderful newly furnished kitchen. A little bit further from main shopping than we would have liked but that was mostly because it rained a lot while we were there which cut down on the time we could relax on the beach. I would definitely rent this place again. There are a lot of steps both getting into the unit and getting to the upstairs bedrooms. Not an issue for us but anyone with mobility challenges should take that into consideration. Otherwise, highly recommend!

My family and I came down for our wedding on the beach. Everyone loved the house, location, and all the friendly people. Will definitely return!

A handful of us stayed here; 3 singles and two couples, to celebrate two birthdays and one career change. It was a PERFECT location. Incredibly close to the beach and a restaurant/bar right across the street! The stay was comfortable. Beds could use a little love but everyone had their own bed and we didn't feel overcrowded. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms newly renovated. Will say the water pressure in the bathrooms were lackluster but it got the job done! Dan was great and allowed us a late checkout which was SO nice! Please note that Tybee only allows the same amount of cars to bedrooms, so this wonderful place was a three bedroom so only three cars are permitted. Overall, definitely a location we are saving for future stays. Highly recommend!!

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach, resteraunt, and lighthouse.

My best friends and I went away for a fun beach weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding and this house was perfect for it. Right next to the beach and so many fun things to do on the island. Only 28 minutes outside of the city it was definitely a fantastic get away.

This is a cute house in a prime location right off the beach! The house was very thoroughly cleaned. Dan was a wonderful resource and was quick to respond to any questions. We very much enjoyed our vacation!

This was my first time in Tybee and I could not have asked for a better location and property! The beach is within a short walking distance. This allowed us to go back for lunch, drinks, a break-- whatever we needed. We plan to rebook for next year!

House was all that was stated in the listing. Property manager was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Great Location!

This property is a great choice for a stay at Tybee. You are super close to the beach access. Beaches are great, you are close to the public access but take a right on the beach and you have plenty of room! Dan was a pleasure to work with. My sis, daughter, daugher-in-love and I had a wonderfully relaxing time!

This was our first trip to Tybee so we didn’t really know where to stay but we felt like we made a lucky choice. Right next to the beach, not crowded at all and the bar across the street had great music every night (couldn’t hear it from inside but outside it was just great background music, not too loud at all). The house itself was clean, accommodating and exactly what we expected from the pics and description. We will definitely be back!

good place to stay

The house was very clean and nicely decorated,; ample starter supplies were provided; the beds were comfortable; and there were even a few items like salt and sugar in the cabinets. Two porches gave a choice of sun or shade. The beach was a short walk away. We had a great time there!

The pink house served us well, especially with the separation of living space. Everything was ready for us, the house cleaner let us enter early. The neighborhood was under construction so access was a challenge and the beach view as advertised was a peek and a large parking lot. The local restaurant was fun. We didn't realize the "ole time" beach condition. And the town on South was not what we expected.overall we had a good time and loved our savannah visits. Thank you

It’s a good layout for a family. We only used two of the bedrooms, but there would’ve been plenty of space for another couple.

We had a wonderful visit with excellent help from our host. The restaurant beside us was so easy and yummy. The one unfortunate detail was that the location did not meet my expectation of “oceanfront”. I was expecting to sit on the deck /porch with a clear view of the ocean. That doesn’t happen. The ocean is best seen from the laundry room and one bedroom and that’s across a parking lot. It was not the ocean front experience that I’ve enjoyed in the past. With that said. however, our host was very gracious and access to the beach was such a breeze! I would still recommend this to a friend.

We enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect. The two upstairs bedrooms were very nice sized and far apart, so would be perfect if you had two couples or privacy from the kids. We cooked one meal there and had everything we needed. There’s a restaurant bar just a short walk away. They had a band on Friday night which was very fun to go with friends. We will definitely stay here again.
