There is a really good gym in the hotel. Entrance fee is not included in hotel price, but they accept Multisport.

Room was really basic. Bed wasn’t much comfy and they don’t provide medical pillows even upon request.

We were happy to spend only one night here.

The room for 3 people is more suitable for 1. It's very small, pretty cluttered, though the bathroom is too big. The window overlooked another room and a wall, so we had to close the curtains all the time. The restaurant on the premises is more of a bar with beer and snacks, no normal food. Besides, we left the car on a small free parking in front of the hotel and discovered a rat under the hood afterwards.

Borken bath door, no Locks for washroom. No facilities in room.

bathroom had the shower glass broken so water would come all over the place. no ar con and room was extremely hot since there was no ventilation on the room. we’ve paid a stay with breakfast included, to when we arrived be told that we had to pay separately for breakfast. it was the worst customer service experience with the manager from the property, he was saying that the issue was with booking.com and we showed him the price that we paid with breakfast included was on the app, but he didn’t want to listen to us and said that he was complimentary giving us the breakfast even though that we PAID for it.

We stayed one night in this hotel (checked in on 18 July 2022) and we experienced a terrible attitude. When a 4-year old child jumped onto the sofa in the lobby of the hotel, the receptionist shouted at him so loudly, that even an adult woman next to him got scared! I hope that this message WILL BE NOTICED by the hotel management and that someone will explain to the receptionist that: 1. there’s always an adult with a child to whom you can address instead of shouting at a child; 2. that it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to behave like this with anyone, ESPECIALLY if it’s a child; 3. that even when the guests of the hotel cannot reply to you (because they do not speak English or Czech language), but they can always write a feedback afterwards!

Hairdryer and a kettle in room would have been nice

The room was clean, the check-in easy and fast, the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Overall, good place for a nights stay.
