十分悠閒又愜意的住宿生活。 旅館員工很友善。 房間、共用浴室廁所的清潔做得很棒。 一人一份的日式早餐，很精緻、味道很不錯，但是份量不多，配上餐廳窗外風景，還是吃得很開心。 旅館的位置到最近的滑雪場和便利商店，最少有5分鐘的車程，有開車會比較方便。 旅館旁邊有巴士站牌，一小時一班的巴士，往來 Niseko 各個滑雪場之間。

共用浴室的熱水不穩定，有時候要等待很久才有熱水，有時候忽冷忽熱。 房間隔音不好，走廊上和樓梯上的腳步聲、走廊上的交談聲音，在房裡可以聽得很清楚。 最近的便利商店是 7-11，沒有巴士可以到，走路單程要30-40分鐘。或是在 Hirafu 的商店買完，再搭巴士回來。

Friendly, attentive staff who can't do enough for you. Amazing Japanese style breakfast which set us up perfectly for a day of skiing. Free soft drinks & toiletries are a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean and lots of nice touches.

It's a bit far from the centre and there is a nearby bus stop but buses are infrequent & don't run late. Taxis can be hard to come by at peak times but we managed ok. If you're willing to compromise on location, this is a great and affordable stay.

The property seems new, at least not run down. Breakfast provided, but really can give it a miss, cold & dry food daily. One of the staff, Gara is friendly The old man looks stern, but helps with arrangements of ski rental and restaurant reservations

1. Location. Totally out of nowhere, not recommended if you don’t drive. The Niseko shuttle is always late, the hotel doesn’t provide any service and taxi is unavailable. 2. Cleaning. You have to pay extra for cleaning! So if you intend to stay more days, you may choose other options, else have to pay each time cleaning required. 3. They don’t provide sending of luggage to airport 4. Driver for check out is not accommodating! We need to drop off the luggage at convenient store (due to them can’t send) and proceed to Niseko station. He can make 2 stops but he can’t wait 5mins for the sending luggage. It’s just 3mins drive apart! So 1 of us has to drop off the luggage (followed by 18mins walk) while the rest proceed to wait at Niseko station.

Clean, cozy, the location is 10/10. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Their rooms are so clean! They even provide free flow drinks at the cafeteria.
