I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. We had such a great trip we've already re-booked for net year. The staff was outstanding, so accommodating and welcoming. The facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was right there within the lodge from food and snacks to a bar, to toys and games for the kids to guitars lying around that anyone could pick up and play. They even gave us a "kid kit" with little toys/games and activities for our kids to keep, such a lovely touch. We loved the communal vibe in the lodge and met fascinating people from all over the world.

Fantastic place to stay. Feels like the comforts of home with exceptional staff. Dirk and Erin have been so nice and special mention to yucuri (sorry if name.spelt wrong).

The staff are very friendly and go the extra miles to provide transportation to nearby when we didn't manage to get taxi.

Just a feedback. Setting up a communication board with the info on onsen, transportation eg. Shuttle bus, dinner info etc so that it's easier for us to move about in niseko area as taxi is almost impossible.

Great location, cozy feel.

While the location was great for slope access, it was a bit remote, more so due to winter conditions.

Nice rooms, amazing staff, humongous breakfast (and dinner there was also delicious). All the amenities required, plus lots of games to entertain yourself after a hard day. I completely recommend Moiwa lodge!!

I don't mind it, but some people might so, note that there is no bathtub in common bathroom , only showers. (but if you want to relax in bath, there is an onsen not far away by car).

Amazing place to stay in the Niseko area. A welcoming, warm and cozy place to stay, away from the bells and whistles. The staff was so lovely and could assist us with anything. The lodge has plenty of spaces to hang out for a drink, play some pool, or read a book on a comfortable couch, all with mountain view! The rooms are very spacious and well designed. Could not recommend more highly.

Warm welcome from the staff and always big smile. Excellent dinner and breakfast at the Lodge, cocoon atmosphere and so much powder snow !! Very close to (small) ski area of Moiwa, Lodge staff drive you to Annapuri on the morning and can bring you back in the afternoon but also easy to come back by ski by yourself. Come here you will be satisfied !

Good question...nothing

This Lodge was exceptionally excellent. You can't beat this place for the same price. The standout for me was the host as she always went out of her way to go above and beyond. Her contagious laugh made it even better.
