Excellent right by the mall which closes late, very safe with an amazing transport facility being run by a guy called Welcome, he is amazing and very welcoming like his name.

The room was clean, staff very helpful

The Breakfast was okay but bread got too dry as it's left out of the plastic for too long maybe they can try using plastic wraps to cover it

The service was horrible I have never seen such a place in all the hotels I have been in this is the worst place you get ghetto treatment not only did they make stupid mistakes of charging us twice for the accommodation they also charged us twice for their breakfast and the discrimination that's there is beyond me they don't care about their guests they'll be harassing you in your room and you can't necessarily leave cause the accommodation fee is not refundable all in all you stuck in a prison.

The location is the only thing I liked about this hotel if it wasn't for that I'll definitely go elsewhere

Our was not cleaned properly and on our last day our room was not cleaned at all. The bed has bot been made the mattress was not even in the bed, no toilet papers in bathroom, the TV remote was not even for the TV that was in the room

The rooms are in serious need of an update. The amenities are old. Our refrigerator didn't work 😢

Kitchen not equipped, floors sticky, room not ready after 2pm, booking in was a lengthy process eventhough no queue

The room did not smell clean.Not sure if the carpets got wet. Your persons at the book-in couldnt even find my booking. I have stayed at Mercure for many many years. Unlikely to be back
