We have got upgrade and our room was massive with amazing view, then we were the only one eating early breakfast, everything was prepared and fresh eggs served, so good!

We stayed for one night whilst touring the Garden Route during our honeymoon to South Africa. The guesthouse is situated at the top of the hill which was a steep drive, but gives the most amazing views of the Knysna lagoon. Our room was stunning and the view from the balcony was our favourite part. Couldn’t fault the toon. The guesthouse has a lovely swimming pool which we didn’t use but would have done if we had stayed for longer.

We were a little disappointed in the service which let it down. On our arrival we couldn’t find any staff and when someone did arrive we were met with rude response. but may have just been an off day!

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Even though there was a lot of loadshedding and another power outage, the hosts tried to find alternatives provide electricity. They were always super thoughtful and communication was always great. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was quaint, beautiful yet modern and the staff were very pleasant. the service was spot on and the rooms were clean.
