Our stay at Serras was exceptional . Great team & amazing hospitality both front desk plus in restaurants. Emilce really made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Location for outdoor activities was perfect. The Incles Valley was on our doorstep and is a must visit. We recommend this property. Ps thank you for the room upgrade

We were on a family vacation, the rooms were great, big and clean, the staff of the hotel is very professional and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the gym and spa are well maintained. Highly recommended

Spacious and stylish hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Out of season very relaxing but well located for walking etc plus spa facilities. Excellent location for ski season with all possible ski facilities.

the restaurant wasn’t at the level of a 5-star hotel. The rooms weren’t excellent as expected in a 5-star hotel. It is noted that it was formerly a 4-star hotel.

Dinner in main restaurants was a bit expensive and the alternative bar menu options were limited. kids not allowed in pool after 5pm which was very restrictive, they should move this to 6pm

I stayed too little

The staff were exceptionally accomodating they go above and beyond for their guests. As beginner skiers it was so handy having the beginner slope outside to practice (all the equipment and lessons are available at the hotel). There is a shuttle bus that they run they load all your equipment, literally drop them a text / whats app and they collect you within 5 minutes from the major slopes (soldeu / el tartar). The spa is also fantastic and very quiet during our stay.

Genuinely there was nothing not to like

The location of the hotel was wonderful. The best thing about this property was the staff. Everyone was very well trained, personable, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Bruna restaurant has excellent food and a knowledgeable wait staff. Breakfast was very good. There was enough variety and hot menu items came within minutes or being ordered. The terrace was sunny, bright and comfortable. We had two spa treatments, which were simply fabulous. We liked this smaller hotel, which was family friendly but quiet at the same time. It was great to have a private ski slope right on the property and free of charge.

Regarding the hotel room itself, ours was on the 5th floor and the room became very hot in the night. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.

We want to highlight the very professional welcome process and all the other help provided by Mateo. We greatly appreciate his friendly, high-quality and personal approach. We wish all hotels had someone like that.

services in restaurant are superslow, housekeeping is ok, but you always need to push if you want water or new amenities

food and service I ordered tuna tartare with avocado: the avocado was too hard to eat, not ripe enough. Another time I ordered carpaccio: there is so much sea salt that it is impossible to eat. I still get a grimace on my face even when I think about it. Another time we ordered jamon and were told it was out of stock. You have to wait at least 30 minutes until they come to serve you and this has always been the case. There were no trash can in the bathroom, only in the toilet, which was a separate room. You have to go to another room to drop cotton pads and that's not a luxury.
