Flights over head continuously but I suppose that’s why it’s called the airport hotel😂

A smoking terrace on the 1st and 2nd floor would be nice!! Thanks for everything.

No value for money, was denied breakfast when I paid a collosal ZAR 1508 and opted for breakfast. Booking Dot Com let me down

The room was clean, spacious with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was diverse and catered for most dietary requirements.

Aircon was not working but there was an alterative small heater

Better TV channels, coffee station is a joke. Room booked for 2 people and only 2 sugars of each brown and white provided on a cold winters night

Shuttle service was terrible on arrival waited over an hour at the airport for a shuttle even though I had requested it on my booking

Their shuttle transport is on time and reliable.

The charge breakfast separately which is different with most of its competitors. It is awkward to charge accommodation separately from breakfast. I recommend a room bar just to make things easier to the visitor when i want to grab one bottle of beer, or coke..

Everything about my stay was excellent. What impressed me the most was the fact that I stayed three weeks before, and the staff remembered me on site.

Location is great for the airport, directly under flight path for landings so you will hear the planes coming into land. But super convenient location for arriving into or flying out of Johannesburg airport. Spacious rooms, with amenities. Sockets at the accommodation had international adaptions as well as usb ports, so you can use multiple plugs - South African adaptor not necessarily needed (not sure if this is the case in every room).

Unusual check in. Pre warned of early arrival when booking and if a room would be available early understood this might not be the case. Initially no room available for early checkin (12 o’clock). But when requested for one and how long until one is available one was. Very much don’t ask don’t get approach - not the most ideal when sleep deprived from long flights. Hotel is directly under the flight path for the airport, closing the window and blinds helped minimise the noise but if you are a very light sleeper take some ear plugs.
