Rooms were well appointed and the hotel was close to free transport.

On the second day of our stay, the whole hotel smelled of sewerage - disgusting. Also, at times some staff were rude.

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie nette kamer en badkamer. Het ontbijt was OK. Gratis openbaar vervoer met tramhalte dichtbij hotel, zodat je snel in het centrum geraakt.

Excelente localização no quarteirão europeu junto ao fabuloso edifício da Filarmónica. A 10 minutos da Gaute Ville. Quarto soberbo. Todo o staff cinco estrelas em eficiência e simpatia.

We felt fantastic from the start till the end of our stay. Very friendly staff and reception (definitely one of the highlights), big and beautiful room with a fantastic bed, big bathroom, very good room service and excellent breakfast. Very nice design and high technical standard throughout. Also the current health situation was handled very well and descretely. We travel a lot and this hotel and staff definitely stood out.

We found the hotel and signs a bit hidden and difficult to find at first - other than that there is nothing to complain here.

Location was good and hotel was not busy. Checkin and checkout was easy.

The breakfast buffet was quite limited and small. There was a lack of salad, fruit, and vegetables. Our plates were not cleared, nor were we asked if we wanted more coffee. Overall, it was a very mediocre experience for a 5-star hotel, and when you factor in the price of breakfast, it becomes even more disappointing

Air con could have been better, didn't seem to cool the room appreciably.

Impeccable service and staff

It was really nice clean and the most amazing thing about this hotel is it’s breakfast. It was amazing and I want to thanks Max for his help.

Nice location close to the tram which is free in Luxembourg. Rooms were nice.

Warm was warm and they use down mattress pads that felt like it was suffocating me. I took it off and was fine.

Lobby is nice, rooms are spacious and staff is also very helpful. Private parking hard to find but very spacious.

Little bit on the costly.

The receptionist was very welcoming.

The room (295) had a very bad smell and it was very noisy.

This hotel never disappoints. It’s classy, elegant, comfortable, conveniently located, stuff is very attentive and kind. I was upgraded to a suite, big thanks for that! The room was superb and had fantastic amenities. Just a perfect stay! 100% recommend to anyone

Easy access from road network very comfortable easy access to town via free tram great breakfast super friendly hotel team who went out of the way to help. Outdoor parking was perfect

The room was spacious and very nice. All the equipment was of very high quality which is very nice for the shower and the bath. It's very calm as a lot of business travellers stay there.

Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. During our 3 day stay we did not see anyone doing the buffet so they throw away large amounts of food simply because it is not a good value.
