Zwei Tage lang gab es vom Nachbarhotel - vom Nachmittag bis hinein in die späte Nacht - sehr laute Musik. Ob das eine Ausnahme war oder öfters vorkommt, weiß ich nicht.

Leuk hotel, mooie kamer met zeezicht. Super hygiënisch en heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Heb het heel erg naar mn zin gehad in dit hotel. Het ontbijt is ook erg uitgebreid. Zwembaden zijn ook super.

Dat er niet super veel te doen of te zien was op loopafstand.

Amazing professional hotel. Very impressive once you enter. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I only used the buffet restaurant which was very good with a huge selection of food. The pool could do with modernization but ok. The gym was excellent with a large range of machines and free weights.

The poo area could do with modernization.

The third bed was not comfortable and good at all, we came as a family and my daughter is big, and the extra bed was not suitable at all, the price of breakfast was very high and expensive, we, who were working from morning to evening, could not use the pool and facilities, and this It was very bad and the only used part was the front of the room, there were no tables and chairs in the balcony

Every thing was perfect.. the rooms , location, sea activities, the beach area was perfect, food was delicious.. the most amazing thing was the whole staff was so friendly, kind and welcoming.. the kitchen staff at the breakfast buffet were incredibly welcoming and friendly I love all of them … thank you for the great service… I’m definitely going back there

Hotel looks old. No beach in the hotel, only access to public beach with no other amenities. The pool was full of mosquitoes after sunset, Garden area is not nice. Most of its restaurants have a dressing code and you can't enter in shorts. There are better hotels for the same price.

we liked much the approach and attitude of the marketing and sales dep. (i.e. Rejin Thomas). The same applies to the front desk, also to the breakfast staff and even the housekeeping guy was very thorough in doing his job

-looking out from our sea view window we wish we've choosen the beautiful, neighbouring hotel next to us, the W. That hotel looks indeed nice. - this is the ugliest 5-star hotel I have ever been. Looks like a prison. - We were not informed in the hotel’s Booking.com fineprints that there is an ongoing constructions work during each day, the whole day starting every day at 7 or even earlier and ongoing until late afternoon. We could not open the doors to the balcony of our sea view room because we hear, feel, see the ongoing construction work. It's soooo bad, sooo disappointing.  I think you should tell this to your Clients and inform them in advance with block letters in the fineprint section on booking.com. - we tried the pool-side bistro and we have never ever ate a club sandwich such a low quality. It was disastrous. I thought until now that the club sandwich is like Starbucks and McDo, always the same. I ate like 100 club sandwiches a year from Tokyo to JoBo from Rio to London. But this one... OMG... And it's an IC outlet... - there are so many outsiders in your spa. It's already disturbing for hotel guests. - Next to the pool, a restaurant is under construction, so the whole day you want to spend poolside is as if you were in the middle of a construction site with the noises and such - when you are looking out from your sea view window, you see the top of the adjacent buildings. They look awful, and you hear their powerful AC units operating day and night. Nightmare.

Pool was lovely and the room was very nice. Had all the facilities you would expect and the staff were helpful and friendly. Good location across the road from the beach too.

The relaxed atmosphere. It felt full of light and colour. The concierge gave exceptional care in helping with car parking arrangements.

Although repairs etc. are unavoidable the view from our window of a swimming pool undergoing repairs was not attractive. I would have liked more staff on duty at breakfast to explain how to get coffee and what was available at the live cooking station.

Amazing breakfasts! Comfortable beds,very nice and calm atmosphere, beautiful see view! Cleaned room everyday, cool shisha lounge and drinks in the garden…and very interesting interier of the hotel. I really recommend it! We were there with two little Kids and we all loved it!!! Thank you:))

Good location close to the center and the airport. You could find everything you need in one building. Breakfast was also very rich, as well as very big plus for the preparation of the coffee by barista.

Cold character of a place (we felt like in a one big mall). The staff wasn’t really trained or helpful to meet 5 star hospitality standards. It was hard for them to answer the questions or even to guide us about the property when we arrived. We have book room for 3 people and when getting the room it was prepared only for 2 (2x towels, 2x bathrobes, 2x glasses). When checking in the mini bar was empty and the fridge wasn’t working. TV also had a problem - the screen was switching off from time to time. Outside facilities also haven’t meet the proper 5 star standards. Fake grass, dirty pool and places like which needed repairments. Also with booking this stay we got 10% for food and beverage - this ANYONE from the working staff wanted to accept in the payments. We used services of several restaurants and cafe and every member of the staff didn’t want to accept it explaining it as it’s not the same company providing the discount. At the end after showing to each outlet booking confirmation they agreed for discount. All the process was very tiredful to explain and show to everyone your booking details and asking for your rights. The most unacceptable was while ordering IRD (room service). We have ordered 3 salads, where came just 1. We waited in total 1.5 hour to get our meal. The waiter that was taking the payment was very unkind and hearing about our discount he said he will not do it and we have to pay now normally. He made a whole talk to inform us how wrong we are and at the end we had to pay regular price. You could feel that nobody makes anything here to improve the place. For us, as working many years in 5* hospitality is was very disappointing stay.

Breakfast was awesome. Variety, taste and presentation. The rooms were very comfortable and big. The employees are very professional, welcoming and caring. The SPA experience was very good with a big variety of massages and very good quality. There is a big offer of restaurants and the entrance bar also serves delicious meals. The location is very good, close to an area of restaurants and beach (though public).

The outdoors look really outdated. The pool is narrow for so many people and there isn't a specific pool for kids so everyone mingles in the same narrow pool. The architecture and colors could be modernized. The pool floor area in fake grass which gives it a cheap look. The beach is right in front but it is public and there's no reserved area for the Hotel guests (and no lounge chairs available).

- Breakfast was nice food and fresh - sport facilities, swimming pool, close tot he beach, tennis, all was great - Room was clean, as well as the hotel - Around the beach, lot of restaurants and activities

- Outside the (small) room, it was noisy with hotel air con fan. Asked to change the room but they refused (in fact they even did not call back to say no). As we booked with Booking.com, it looks normal to have poor environment room (as they said) - Asked for late checkout and same, due to booking with booking.com, seems complicated. But finally it was accepted - Restaurant price was high. Better to go outside
