The location was good

We had booked the apartment and for 800 for one night we were expecting much better service. They did not inform us through a text or an email what apartment and what building. They left instructions on a wall but didn't notify us thats how it was going to be. When we get to the apartment, the door was opened and there was a key in the door, we thought someone was already inside, no one was inside The heating was put on max heating but there was no heating, I've been cold all night and I'm struggling to sleep due to the temperature conditions. I phoned them about the WiFi and they interrupted me to tell me that they will fix it, its still not been sorted out. I felt very mistreated and unsafe, we left everything in the car even at night as we felt uncomfortable leaving our belongings, the keys that we took from the reception box, only one out of 4 work, the buzzer wasn't working, we had to go all the way downstairs to open a door The handles of one of the bedrooms was half off and we couldn't shut the door. When the staff member told us to leave as the cleaners were coming in, I told him that the apartment was unlocked and there was a key in the door, he said you must've forgotten to lock the door even though I just told him that's how we got there. The whole apartment was a shambles and I really feel dissatisfied and I feel like I've been falsely advertised. I want to take this matter further as they have falsely advertised this apartment and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, which should never be the case in any booking.

NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! We had booked two apartments between 10 of us that we had booked MONTHS in advance and were let down and forced to look for a new hotel to stay at less than 24 hours before we were to stay!! Woman on phone was horrible and cheeky and told us you had to be 25 to stay there even though it says no where that that’s the case. She also tried to make us pay and extra £400 deposit over the phone which was unacceptable as we were not told once we had to pay that. She ended up cancelling our booking without giving us the choice and hung up the phone on as and then continued to charge us £500 for a cancellation fee. 100% the worst customer service ever and we will never book with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Clean, comfortable beds, basic but ok.

No bath mats when getting out the shower. Other than that ok

The floor, surfaces and bedding were clean. Plenty of storage and a few options of buses into Edinburgh city centre. Good size rooms, bathroom and kitchen for 4 people.

The cooker didn't work, one ring on the hob didn't work and the toilet flush got stuck a few times and took ages to pop it out as no access behind the tiles. The 2 sofas looked like they would benefit from a good clean. There were 2 keys (one for the outside door and one for the apartment) but looked identical and even if you picked the right one, it was difficult to open - it would help if different colours. There was a plastic under sheet on the bed which crackled each time you moved but at least it probably meant the mattress was clean... Before travelling, it took me 4 attempts to reach someone on reception to reduce my booking by one night.

excelent Aparments. we arrived very late at night starving, and a the receptionist was very friendly and gave us some food for the night. the Aparment is very nice, confortable, big and modern.

Very nice Apartments clean tidy and excellent accommodation.

No hangers not really a issue just a inconvenience .

smell of cigarettes and location where those windows face to the street therefore people walk passing.by can see in the bedroom

Bathroom was not clean and en-suite had broken skirting. We didn’t feel safe, main doors didn’t lock, people in and out of the building until 5am.. doors being banged and cars screeching away.

Very clean and the overall service was on point

The Check in System with key collection and return, Parking, and the Apartment in general, were all good.

The Edge of Bathroom Door was unglueing due to steam, as the Bathroom Expel Air was Not Working. Toilet Flush faulty. There was No Bath Mat, Bath Towels provided were too Small. There were No Hand Towels. There was No means of Drying Towels. There were No Door Hooks on Back of Bedroom Doors. More utensils required, eg a pair of scissors. There was No Vacuum or Broom or Dustpan & Brush etc, (despite us phoning and asking for any one off these to be provided to us) ..... Thus after three days on the beach, the floors in the apartment felt as if we were still on the sands!!!!!

The stairs and flooring going up to the apartment needs updating and walls needing repair, apart from that the apartment itself was very clean and tidy and beds where very comfy.

it was a lot grubbier/less modern than the pictures indicated and had the most awful smell in the hall on the way in. Not a particularly nice location.

we booked early in March for 3 two bedroom 2 bathroom apartments on the ground floor or elevator access. We got one apartment on the ground floor. The other apartments were in different buildings and no elevators. Only one bathroom in 1 apartment. Entrances were not clean. No air conditioning, but when opening windows people were smoking.
