Location was great! Walking distance to town and local shops. Room was great for our young family. Staff friendly and accommodating.

We didn't take into account the stairs to our room with a toddler and baby but that was the only downside to our time away.

5min walk to town. warm cosy apartment with separate bedroom and nice kitchen in lounge area.

beds weren’t comfortable but staff quick to give us decent pillows which helped a little (very hard). was a lot smaller than I thought , perfect for a couple but not so for 3 adults (adult son)

I am bit frail these days and would have felt safer in the bathroom with a mat as the floor was slippery when wet.

Unfortunately major roadworks are being very disruptive so be prepared to work ones way through the very poor diversion information

Good location a short walk from the centre of Queenstown. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished and clean. It had everything we needed including its own washing machine. The balcony was also nice to sit for sitting outside.

Quiet and fully equipped with everything we needed, great views from apartment/balcony, within walking distance of main attractions.

This is our second visit at The Whistler. We like this place and will certainly come back again. The new managers are wonderful and super helpful. The apartments have been updated nicely compared to when we were here last time. The apartment that we booked was a good size for two people and had all the useful amenities available including a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom floor heating was very enjoyable. The supermarket is just a few metres down the road and the town centre is close-by too. Our room also had excellent views on The Remarkables range which was great.

Convenient for the centre of Queenstown, but quiet and with a view of the mountains. Clean, comfortable and spacious with sufficient facilities. Overall, good value.

No lift to upper floor, making moving luggage arduous.

I would highly recommend this accommodation as affordable, but also plenty of space, great kitchen facilities for in-room cooking, so close to walk into town once you know the shortcut, and pretty quiet. We stayed when there were a few gatherings in properties around us, but it didn't keep us awake - the units seem quite well insulated. The views were great, we had a small balcony to enjoy them. Checking in and out was seamless and the receptionist was lovely.

Can't complain about much at all, it was a lovely stay. The only minor issue was that there either wasn't a fan, or it wasn't working in the bathroom so it got very steamy during the shower and made the floors super slippery. The bathroom needed a good airing after each shower. There was also a separate pull-out bed advertised in the lounge but ours had never been used and still had the plastic on. There was also no linen to put on it, so you might need to ask if you will be using that bed.

The building manager loved his blower at 8am every day very clean but don't think you can sleep in lol
