The location was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and town. The swimming pool was a great size to swim lengths.

The property is showing signs of aging. Broken glass around the perimeter of the outside area. The property was advertised as having a jacuzzi but this didn’t work. Upon arrival, the villa automatic gates didn’t work however a short conversation with the property manager and help arrived within minutes to change the remote batteries. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms leaked, soaking the bed linen.

The staff was very friendly and provided top-notch service. The interior of the villa was stunning and immaculately kept. One of the highlights of the area was the local restaurant which served amazing local cuisine. It was great to have such delicious food nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful time spent with my family and friends. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in Thailand.

We were met at the property. It was easy and fast! There were a few minor issues, all dealt with super fast. We were very pleased. House is isolated, but 5 minutes from main road (including 24hr minimart). Very private, fantastic view. Could not have been better! Pool is great. our 10 year old just about reached the bottom, so it was great for him. The kitche is very well stocked, plus all appliences

The washing machine is not a style we are used to..

Beautiful villa, lovely pool, great location nice and quite end not far to drive to town for a night out or something to eat.

We sent an email reminding the property manager to make sure AC, showers etc. should work. On our arrival, nothing was done. It took more than 4hrs to have the air condition units fixed and when the air condition was working it was very loud and made sleeping difficult. He couldn’t even get the fan fixed in the sitting room and took over 3 days to fix. There is no air condition in the sitting room and the bedroom air condition is not powerful enough to cool the bedroom+living room. The information provided in the description of the villa as to what is standard and what is subject to additional fees is grossly misleading, the owner was charging us extra for amenities that should have been included in the price of the villa and was clearly defined in the description. Some of the items which are mentioned in the itinerary were missing. There was no washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, hot tub jacuzzi, safety deposit box and the airport shuttle was not provided despite being in the description of the villa page. Even the items that were provided such as towels were filthy, had yellow stains and we had to buy our own towels. We found a lot of dead lizards and some were even living inside the house which is a clear sign that this property is not cleaned and not checked. As well as this all the rubbish for our entire stay was left to rot and was never cleared there were even some flies, mosquitos and bad smell which started appearing which was disgusting and shows a lack of hygiene and general cleanliness. While my son was swimming in the pool one of his toes got stuck in the broken swimming pool drain and he couldn’t walk for a few days. Housekeeping also takes pictures of the items in the villa that you may or may not have damaged and show you at the end so that they can keep your deposit. We had to take pictures and provide these as evidence for booking.com to justify our experience. This property should be removed from booking.com
